As a work/study/lounge space, this cafe is fantastic. So spacious with cozy vibes on its 2nd floor and work rooms for silence. Capital One cardholders get half off their drinks, which is a huge plus. Sure, there are more traditional coffee shops all throughout the city, but I'm glad to know this very spacious one exists. Would be a great spot to relax at after checking out if a hotel but before heading to the airport.

I really enjoy the Capital One cafes. They have a discount for Capital One customers and the service is friendly. We got a Chai to share which was great. The interior was large with lots of seating. A good cafe to go to.

Such a great spot in SLU. The café has two floors with plenty of seating, outlets, and a relaxed vibe - perfect if you are working or just hanging out. I tried the honey lavender latte (so good!) and the service was friendly. The manager mentioned their photo policy (no staff in pics), which I appreciated since I was taking a few shots for the review. If you have a Capital One or Discover card, drinks are 50% off - a nice benefit!

Is it a bank, cafe, or coworking space? It's all three in one place. Capital One partners with Verve to provide a space for coffee/tea, banking, and coworking within local communities. Prior to their cafes, Capital One was an internet bank that provided all of their services online and over the phone with no physical branches unlike traditional banks. The introduction to their cafes are pseudo branches that triples up as a cafe and coworking space that creates a local community, which can be a cool way to get away from your office. Their spaces has a modern feel that consists of exposed brick walls, lots of windows/natural lighting, hardwood floors, glass doors, wooden furniture, interesting shaped coaches, and some games (Connect Four, Chess, Corn Hole). It's open to everyone, so you don't need to Capital One customer to utilize the space or have coffee. However, if you are there's a 50% discount on your drinks. Now being the critic, I would say the following: - Coffee/Tea: 5/10 Pretty standard, but with the 50% Capital One customer discount it can be a better option than other cafes. - Ambiance: 10/10 Great space overall for the reasons I mentioned above. - Functionality: 8/10 Reliable Wi‑Fi and abundant outlets make it a solid remote‑work option. The layout supports both casual socializing and focused work, though ambient music and foot traffic can make it louder than a traditional quiet coworking spot. - Customer Service: 9/10 The staff are always friendly and hospitable. Sometimes the pleasantries is a bit repetitive and can create some awkwardness. This hybrid space is a thoughtful blend of cafe, coworking area, and bank branch. It's ideal if you want a lively, well-designed spot to work, meet, or take care of banking without a stuffy branch environment. The coffee won't top specialty shops, but the friendly staff, solid amenities, and the 50% Capital One drink discount make it an appealing, practical option for remote workers and locals alike.

Capital One Cafes are great options if you're traveling for work or are on workations! As a Capital One or Discover cardholder, you get 50% off drinks, and can reserve a private nook to take calls through the app. I've been to a few, but this one was nice and quiet and had plenty of seating available. There's a second floor with community rooms as well as restrooms.

Finally get to try their matcha drinks as it always runs out quick! I do also notice they have changed their seasonal drinks this time from ginger soda matcha into this matcha with strawberry foam (?). I am a big fan of matcha and unfortunately this disappoint quite a bit. I can barely taste any matcha. At the bottom of the drinks, i can see bits and chunks of matcha undissolved. Foam was fairly tasteless and just kinda like greasy aftertaste. But as always, great environment to get some work done here with some great drinks (coffees).

This place has beautiful seating! I got the honey lavender latte, which I believe is available year-round. They use Verve beans. The location of this store is beautiful! I am usually impressed with Capital One cafe decor, but this store is wonderfully decorated! There is ample seating on the first and second floors. I like the variety of table sizes. There are circular, square, and long rectangle (like fancy cafeteria). There are also funky chairs you can relax in. Bathrooms are on the second floor and are very clean.

I needed thousands of dollars in cash to buy a used car and had to drive all the way to Seattle from Tacoma. But you know what? It wasn't so bad. The service was really great. I felt welcomed and assisted and really appreciated the help -- plus they offered me a drink on the house. Unfortunately, I didn't much like my Ginger Turmeric latte (I think it tasted like cinnamon Big Red Gum) but I did like going upstairs and lounging on one of the sofas up stairs. This place is really cool and it's also a co-working spot in addition to a bank and a cafe -- kind of a strange combination. But it works.

One of the last few Capital One Cafes in the Seattle area. Such a cozy vibe. Serving up Verve coffee, it's a great spot to get work done. Spacious with tons of room to spread out and be productive. Coffee is good, but the price with a Capital One card makes it better.

I got the Matcha latte with strawberry foam and it was OK, I got it because of their summer deal. Strawberry was just like food coloring and did not taste like strawberry whatsoever. However, the Matcha wasn't too bad, it was very milky though. Overall great study spot and I would possibly come back

Wanted to use our coupons for a handcrafted drink and we were extremely disappointed to find out the entire seasonal menu was out bc syrups were out. We then thought we would pivot to smoothies but the barista (kinda rudely) interrupted us to say that smoothies do not count as handcrafted drinks. So we decided to get a matcha which did count and a smoothie with a sandwich. I was sad to realize that the 50% off handcrafted drinks when paying with a Capitol one did not work which I guess is inline with why the coupons didn't work. Overall the space is nice and the last time I went here i really liked it but overall the service today was not very pleasant, some of the staff was friendly but our main barista was not, and the lack of availability of menu items was not good either. The smoothie was fine but a little sour, the matcha was not mixed the best and you could see the chunks on the bottom and the sandwhich started off good but the more I ate I realized it was extremely salty (I got Dijon, bacon, and croissant). I'll come again bc I still have one coupon left for a free drink so hopefully next time will be better.

Coffee is medium roast which is not my style. There are very friendly Capital One personals. I love chatting with them. Ambience is great. It's the best third place in Seattle. Very comfortable couches and chairs available. You can find more space in upstairs. Totally recommend here!

The service was really good here! There's a huge amount of space to sit downstairs or upstairs and do work or chat. We were waiting on the bus away from the rain, so it was also great for that. The muffin my partner had was fine and he enjoyed the honey lavender latte. My matcha was also fine. You also get a 10% discount on your whole order if you have a capitol one card/are a customer of their bank. Would definitely stop by again!

I just want to make a deposit and unable to get there by closing. Do they have an ATM outside?

Yes. They have 2 ATMs in the lobby that are 24 hours.

    Is there parking?

No private parking for CapOneCafe but there is public parking at 320 Westlake just a few doors down...

Can I pay my bill at a Cap one cafe?

Only if you can do it in an ATM- the store staff are marketing employees not bankers

Such a petty, small thing, but this great bank with all its resources, is incapable of giving me, say, a two month supply. Because there is a shortage. I have asked myriad times, for a solution. I'd love to see the interaction when a customer opens an account, ready to deposit $50,000, and just as their pen is poised to sign the paper work, asks, of course I can access my money in the form of whatever small change I need, to manage my household affairs? Would the bank administration tell that person that no, it would not provide them change? I am convinced that they are lying to me, and give preferential treatment to business and fatcat acccounts, but that those of us with more modest savings, and who live in the downtown neighborhood, just aren't whom the bank seeks to impress. Overall this branch is not helpful or good at what they do. Much better and more thoughtful representatives at other branches. Their inability to solve this petty problem astounds me. I'm in the process of seeking another bank, because this is so insultingly, in-your-face, a simple refusal to be of service, literally insisting that a disabled person with significant arthritis in their joints, must walk in pain every week, to obey their idiot rules.
