When I confronted Chris he said that he forgot to tell me he allows his people to take what they want and they pay him for them. Seriously? There was no record that he was paid by them- he then told me he would have the items returned- only half of them were- He refused to supply me with daily receipts or be accountable for what was sold each day. They are thieves- all of them- and they take advantage of people who need to vacate their homes. I was unable to find any reviews for them when I looked them up initially, but I would never have hired them had I known what I know now. After cleaning it and moving it in, it turns on but no longer works. Unsure of whose at fault. But as far as my experience goes with the employees, I will say that Robin was fair to deal with. However the other lady that works with her was extremely nosey and rude. During the buying process, this lady (I don't remember her name) harrassed me multiple times about asking me how much am I offering for the house, wanting to know my offer and advising I should pay good money for it. Further, when my realtor and I toured the property, she followed and actually led us both on a tour and would not stop yapping and talking, leaving my realtor and I highly annoyed. Lastly, this lady commented on my smoking and my being overweight. EXTREMELY INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR. Lastly, my God father visited one of the estate sale days and she disclosed to him that the buyer (me) had "lowballed" an offer on the property. I will never purchase from, use, or recommend this service unless that lady is removed from the company. Words cannot discribe how inappropriate it was for someones whose job is to sell items inside the house, to poke and prod a buyer about all of the above I listed. I forfeited the item and quit bidding with them. Total scam!
