When I said I was next, the owner completely ignored me and continued to ring the other person up. At the very least, she should have acknowledged I was next but make up a reason why she had to ring up the other person first. To completely ignore a customer is unacceptable.

The prices are very fair and they even had some shoes on clearance. Character shoes seemed to range from $40-$80. I received very friendly customer service and I was appreciative of the help and advice. One thing I really liked is that they did not try to rush me or force me to choose quickly. They also did not try to push me into buying the more expensive option. Instead, they offered to put shoes on hold for me so that I could think about it and come back if I needed to since I was in between two styles. Another thing I liked is that they had a wood floor inserted into the room with a ballet barre so that people can properly get the feel of a shoe on a dance floor. They also have a bathroom which is always nice. Overall, I highly recommend this dance store! It is so refreshing to find a good one with friendly employees, fair prices, and a wide selection.
