It's reasonable, close to Long Beach with it's various stores and restaurants and RIGHT NEXT DOOR to the Seaview Biscuit Company! I have a separate review for that, and YES, you have to try it! The Seaview Cottages is a popular place and because of that, we had two different rooms during our three day stay. One night with double queen beds, and two nights with a king bed.
