My sister and law and I reserved two nights last summer for this past weekend and let me tell you that it was the best decision! When we booked last August there was only a cabin for rent and we decided to commit. They had a payment plan which was nice and made it more affordable. We had 6 people in total including 3 adults and 3 children ranging 7-13 yrs old. When we arrived we could look toward the lake and trees which was a beautiful scene. When we entered the cabin we could see how newly built and clean it was. The cabin consisted of two bedrooms, one when a bunk bed, twin bed on top and full on bottom, the second bedroom with a queen size bed. The living room/kitchen held a sturdy futon bed, tv, dining room table and full kitchen. We noticed a full size bathroom and ac as well. The rooms had ceiling fans! There was a grill outside, fire pit and gazebo for us to use as well. Saturday night they had a golf cart parade where drivers decorated theirs with lights, music and decor and drove around the site throwing glow sticks and candy! Will definitely be going back! My 14 yr old commented that this needs to be a tradition now! See you soon Maple Park!

    Campfires are encouraged!

Not the best I've ever been too but certainly one of the best around the lower cape. Heavily wooded with good size sites. Small but nice beaches good for kids. Helpful staff have been friendly my two times here with my family. Yes there are some rules so all can enjoy their personal camping styles like quiet time and no kids on trails after 10, but no the staff is not hovering around trying to ruin your fun...just don't be idiot and respect other people's space.

I have only visited friends here.. never actually stayed. A good friend of mine has camper here…read more I visit at least a couple times every summer. This campground is huge! It is always clean and offers a lot. They have 3 good size pools, tennis and basketball courts, a laundry area, a jewelry store, an arcade, and ice cream shop and a bathroom with quarter showers. The bathroom/shower area is always impeccably clean!! They also allow pets and have designated areas to walk them. On the weekends they do fun events like a DJ in the pavilion or lobster bakes. They do offer sewerage, water and electricity hookups. They have sites where you can either tent or bring a camper/RV. They are open from May - October. The rates to visit someone in the site during off season is $8 per person and $10 per person during peak season. If you leave before 9PM you get 1/2 of your $ back. Some of the sites you can see the ocean in the distance.

I am not sure why there are only 3 stars for this place! I love it here!…read moreThey have a ton of slides that are soo fun. There is a wave pool, a lazy river, and a kid zone for the younger ones. They have a few food spots, they even have one that has coffee, I was soo excited about that haha. There are easily accessible changing rooms and bathrooms. They allow you to re-enter the park with a stamped hand if you need to run to the car. They allow small coolers for a $5 fee. Parking is free and well directed. I recommend getting here at opening time, especially if you are going on a weekend because it gets BUSYY! The best time to go is right when they open, or a little bit before closing. The ticket pricing is decent , not much more or less than other water parks I have been to. They have nearby restaurants too if you want to go out to eat after. I definitely recommend water shoes because the ground and stairs get hot, especially when you are waiting in the lines. The lines can get long, but they go pretty fast. I come here every couple years and have so much fun everytime. Don't forget sunscreen!

I went here a while back, and while it wasn't terrible, the location felt incredibly random kind of…read morewedged between a parking lot and a store, which made the whole arrival experience a bit odd. It also took me about three hours to get there, so expectations were definitely higher going in. The first thing that stood out was how unorganized the entry process was. The line to get into the park was insanely long and honestly one of the most chaotic lines I've ever seen. That said, we still managed to get in at a reasonable time. Once inside, it was a mixed experience. The lazy river was extremely crowded, especially at the entrance, which made it hard to relax. On the plus side, the wave pool was actually really nice. The waves felt more realistic than most water parks, which I appreciated. Food prices were about what you'd expect, maybe a little on the higher side, but nothing outrageous for a water park. As for the slides, they felt a bit rough and slightly sketchy at times. I get that part of it is the thrill, but some rides, especially Devil's Peak, were pretty uncomfortable. I ended up with a few rub burns and scratches, which wasn't ideal. Overall, I did have fun because at the end of the day it is still a water park. But the park could really benefit from better organization and layout. It felt a bit all over the place, and with some improvements it could be a much better experience

We started our daughter at Cadence during the pandemic. Cadence was so welcoming and facilitated me being able to meet my daughter's teachers via Zoom before we started. Although we were not able to enter the building to send our daughter off, they made it feel as though we could with their awesome report app that they use to send you updates and pictures of your child throughout the day. Through the last few years we have grown to know and love the teachers at Cadence. When we had our second child, we started him in daycare even sooner than we did our first because we had that trust in Cadence. We are so happy with our Cadence family, and would strongly recommend them to anyone searching for care and education for their children.

All of the teachers there are very warm, loving, and nurturing. The environment is safe, clean, and spacious. There were some staffing retainment issues at one point, but there has recently been a drastic shift in management which has been received favorably by all parents and staff. The food included in the tuition is thoughtfully prepared, selected, and of very good quality. The playground areas are segregated by age and are very spacious. The daily note system they use gives parents a huge piece of mind of their children's daily activities. They also do progress reports on the children which are not at all generic. They are very personable and well critiqued. The additional activities offered through Cadence are cohesive and engaging. Events like parents nights, pajama parties, and arts and crafts parties offer even more opportunities for both education and social interaction. The teachers there love and accept all children with graceful patience like they are their own. They are very creative with their daily activities and classroom routines. Cadence, for my family, has allowed my wife and I to focus on our jobs while at work knowing that our children are nurtured and loved during the day.
