OMG what a wonderful and beautiful hospital. First time using their facilities as my father was feeling sick and we brought him to the ER. Very impressed with their services and staff , plenty of free parking. We brought my father to the ER and the staff were very kind and just wonderful. The inside of the ER is very bright, big and spacious. They had all their stations in the middle of the floor (Open concept) and all the rooms surrounding them. My father had a room right away in the ER, after all the test were completed it was determine my dad was suffering from gall bladder disease. He was admitted within a couple of hours and Dr. Kalliath performed surgery the next day, he had a wonderful room and they took care of him like gold. The rooms were spacious and bright, he could order his breakfast, lunch and dinner out of their menu. I must say their menu selection is very good. The way he was treated in the ER we knew he was I good hands and we did not have to worry. We are so blessed this hospital was here and the staff, nurses and DR. Matthew Kalliath were just outstanding.

The nurse from this hospital is making fun out of corona virus disease, spreading wrong information that bats consumptions are related to spread to human (scientific community claims bats to intermediate host such as anteater to human) The intent is to make fun of this situation among her groups(nurses, she claims her people in her group take this as jokes because they are educated enough to know it is not bats consumptions) When confronted, she defends herself by this is god jokes among her friends who are educated enough to understand this is joke. Right now is not about funny at all many are being suffered physically, mentally, and financially and some lives are being lost everyday. We are sad to see such posts coming from medical practitioners making fun of this situation. Making bat consumptions to cause of spread is tied to racism against culture or ethnic group that consume bats for decades. Again there is ZERO evidence to suggest bats consumption was the cause of spreads of corona virus disease. We doubt the ethic of this practitioner as well as her colleagues. Please educate your employee and if you see such racial comments or non scientific based wrong information or jokes against situations that have caused many damages to society never come out from practitioners of medicines who work at front to help people's life and live.

Chicken Caesar Salad that was excellent.

Recently I had a bout with cellulitis in my lower left leg i went to the Er 4 times by ambulance…read morebecause I couldn't walk..the second time they outlined the area and was told to come back if it went passed the outline and it did... told id be admitted...went back and was sent home again..the 5th time I went back I had a 102.5 fever and they decided to keep me.... but there was no room available so the shoved me in the overflow area until a room opened up...well 3 days later still no room? Really? What did they do with all the other people who got admitted? They weren't sent here...where did they go?...now in Siberia we are only divided by a curtain... just a literal arms length away...they propped a potty up against the other side of the dividing curtain and let a man take a very healthy shit and a half and it was the most disgusting smell and experience I ever had in the hospital...I jumped out of my bed and demanded to be taken to a room.... I was willing to leave AMA in the condition I was in...finally they called a supervisor was was too gutless to come and talk to me face to face...but a miracle happened...a room opened up 2 hrs later.... The staff was awesome so I have no complaints about them... but the food was so bad I couldn't eat..and 1 night I couldn't eat the dinner and they had nothing to give me to eat but crackers...they couldn't even go to the ER and get 1 of those shitty sandwiches they offer when you're starving...the stay upstairs was like being in a hotel...the Mugar...also wonderful staff... but the problem continues...I was prescribed medications...but the line was too long and I couldn't wait cause then I'd miss my bus so I asked to have it sent to my pharmacy.... oh and God forbid you ask for a taxi voucher they act like the hospital will go bankrupt...I had no money and the bus was tree on friday... so anyway after calling my pharmacy and they caeel the hospital pharmacy a few times I still don't have any meds....I've been getting the run around...but let me tell you cape cod hospital...if this infection comes back I will be starting a lawsuit.the incompetence is unbelievable. You should be ashamed of yourselves.... disgusting absolutely disgusting.

When I asked to come see her I was told by the head nurse "that's what funerals are for" In addition, they misplaced my mother's belongings. It's been a week now and they said they couldn't find anything. miraculously after I called very upset and demanding answers they found her belongings, however ALL of her cash is missing. Kudos to the staff robbing a deceased 75 year old woman.

First of all the doctors and nurses here I see are always fantastic. I didn't even want to go here,…read morebut my doctor said with all my recent issues I should make sure I don't have an infection and she's booked till november in-person. Once again drs and nurses were great, I just wanted a yes no and left. I've been here a handful of times before for different issues, I'm actually a stroke survivor and have multiple disabilities. I have a very low quality of life and my good days are a rarity. I had to *wait* 3 months till I was okay enough to go in, which happened to be today. I felt very uncomfortable with the way the staff in the waiting room phrased "WHY are you on medicare?" Please teach your staff to please not word things like that, it felt unprofessional and concerning. I didn't want to go off on a tangent of all my medical history, disabilities, or for me to say I'm disabled and for them to go you don't LOOK disabled. It felt like one of those you know? And an urgent care is the last place that should be doing stuff like that. It was worse when they didn't even let me answer immediately and guessed and said did you have an emergency at work? Old people aren't the only ones on medicare...and if you don't want to use medicare use my masshealth. :/ I have severe anxiety on top of conditions that spike with stress, and out of all my problems I was just like "I have a bladder disease." bc it's one of my worst ones, the severity level both pain and symptoms gets extreme and i have a very rare subtype of the disease. And after saying that I felt embarrassed for mentioning something so personal. But saying "I'm a stroke survivor with ------" long list of conditions that fluctuate, It was just....odd. I felt like I was being looked down on, and maybe that is my anxiety. But it was still super uncomfortable. Would've felt better if they said 'ah the system is asking WHY you are on this insurance" but even still that's strange? If it's not working just have me contact my insurance and speak privately...it just felt so personal and a weird thing to ask someone who's just going in to be checked for something.

The doctor came by for 5 mins, saying stomach pain isn't lymes but he would order the test All they did was take my temp and blood pressure - they said after 5:30 they don't take blood and sent me to CCH hospital lab for the test. When no results were showing up on CC mychart I had to call the following Monday and the guy at front desk said they don't follow-up the blood work. The doctors rotate. He gave me a ousy medical records number at the hospital which went to a recording. The bill was $664.50 for basically nothing. $664.50 is high for no follow-up go screw yourself care. Some of us aren't on Medicare and this is out of pocket. I will never go back. The place was empty is can see why. Complete rip off just like the hospital
