We have gone to Stoneman Outpatient for many situations and have always received great care. My husband blew out his shoulder. They addressed the immediate need and guided him for further action that was very helpful. From colds and flus, to sore teeth, to a guest of ours who had stitches in his hand that needed help, - we have gone there a lot. They are always prompt, informative, and helpful. read more

Very disappointed. Only 2 people in front of me, yet I waited over an hour to see a PA who briefly examined my eye and asked a few questions and then said he did not know what it is, and there is no treatment. When I put on my coat and started to leave, he said come back, let's chat. I asked about what, as we had nothing else to discuss, He called me rude, and I simply left and called my eye doctor, which I should have done in the first place. Since I am a year round resident, and have great insurance, I should have waited until my eye doctor opened. read more

My husband & I have been to Stoneman many times over the last 10 years, and we've always received excellent treatment. I can't believe that so many Yelpers complain about "slow slow slow." Well, what do you EXPECT?! Walk-in clinics are always busy and medical staff must give priority to the most urgent cases. BTW - Cape Cod Hospital has info on their website about current wait times at clinics. You can also call Stoneman directly to ask about wait times. read more

Walked in and, after a few minutes checking in with a very pleasant receptionist, I was in room #7. A very competent and kind RN immediately took my vitals and an overview of why I was there. A few minutes after that, Dr Connors appeared. The exam was thoughtful and thorough and the diagnosis and prescribed meds all made sense. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. I haven't always been pleased with medical care on the Cape but this was a wonderful experience. I realize wait times (or the lack of them today!) can vary at these facilities and that's to be expected. I've also found over the many years that people treat others the way they are treated. This weekend I was feeling under the weather so my wife brought me to this Urgent Care Clinic in Sandwich. At first I wasn't excited to be attending a walk-in clinic (past history of being left in the waiting room for hours) but after our most recent experience, I think that this will be our go-to store for any emergency needed. The overall experience was decent and the nursing staff here was incredible. Since they were concerned I had pneumonia, they ordered a chest scan, which was done in the facility. That was the best possible option especially how I was feeling. The only issue I had with this clinic was the fact the the attending doctor was a bit brisk and had us wait in the room for at least 45 minutes after the results of my exam came back. That being said, overall it was a nice change from having to attend an ER on the weekend on Cape. read more

Significant disappointment. Took my teenage son to the Urgent Care section after experiencing flu type symptoms. We got right in, so that was nice. The PA explained that he would test for Strep, Covid and the flu. Though he tested positive for Flu - something I had to proactively determine via an online portal - the PA refused to treat it. There are no less than 3 Flu specific medications available... long gone are the days of the 1950s... but no treatment provided. He was quick to run all the expensive tests... with a smile... but knew in advance he would do nothing about the results other than send us on our way. Seems like they are more interested in gathering test fees than true treatment of diagnosed patients. Simply disappointing. read more

Got sick on vacation and was having trouble sleeping through a nasty cough. They were prompt, polite and efficient and saw me quickly. I've had some bad urgent care experiences, but they were great and even reached out to follow up to make sure I was OK. NYC facilities could learn a thing or two from Stoneman. read more

Our family has been to Stoneman on many occasions and are always thrilled with the support. Today we took my 14 year old daughter whose newly pierced ear had absorbed her earring. Dr. Burke's sense of humor paired with his confidence and expertise helped my daughter feel comfortable and calm throughout the extraction. We were in and out in no time and are so grateful to have access to skilled and competent professionals so close to home. Especially in the summer - on Cape Cod!! read more

This place is great and normally I wouldn't write a review because I don't want it to become popular and crowded when I go in but when I saw the 3-star review I felt compelled to write. This place is freaking awesome and if you have a small injury or minor illness it is the place to go so you're not dealing with all the yoo-hoo's in the ER in Hyannis or Falmouth. I give it an A+ and the five times I've been in there either for myself or my child every nurse and doc was super and smart and thorough. Five Stars! read more

The Stoneman facility agreed with my general practitioner to provide both an abdominal MRI and a pelvic MRI on the same day (3/27/18) if I arrived before 12:20 PM. I arrived at 12:15 PM and the technicians said I would have to wait until they finished lunch. They performed the abdominal MRI and then informed me I would have to make another appointment for the pelvic MRI as they didn't have enough time before their next patient to perform my second MRI. As a result my insurance company (Blue Cross / Blue Shield) is charging me with two $325 copays, i.e. $650 rather than the $325, which I would have paid had the Stoneman facility performed both MRI's on the same day. Needless to say I did not have the second MRI performed at Stoneman; it was done at Cape Cod Hospital. If possible I will be avoiding Stoneman for any future diagnostics. read more
