great care. terrible billing customer service. they messed up a code on my bill and my insurance (Tricare) denied it. Tricare told me how to explain to them to fix it. hours upon hours later, the billing team said they wouldn't fix it. wouldn't recommend this crappy customer service to my worst enemy. They advertise that the billing staff responds to emails in 24-48 hours. 3 days later still no response. 72 is greater than 48. Go to a different urgent care if you don't want to waste hours of your life dealing with stuff You shouldn't have to. read more

I visited this office on a weekend because I was flying internationally on Monday and needed a prescription for eye drops before leaving. My regular doctor's office in Beverly Hills advised me to go to a local urgent care, as this is a routine request in California and should not be an issue. I arrived with a prior diagnosis and clearly explained that I was seeking a prescription for eye drops. I was given an eye test that did not appear related to my request and then waited alone in an exam room for approximately 30 minutes. When the doctor entered, I was told they do not prescribe the eye drops I was requesting and did not appear familiar with them. I was charged $143 for the visit despite being told they could not provide the requested prescription. If this office does not provide this type of service, that should be clearly communicated at check-in before patients go through intake and testing. Charging for a visit in which the requested care cannot be provided reflects poor patient communication and process. read more

The NP Bishop was not caring at all. Didn't listen to symptoms and overall dismissive. Sent Perscription without spending 5 minutes with me :( read more

I witnessed a very upsetting interaction at this Urgent Care yesterday. It stuck with me the rest of the evening and into this morning, and so I'm writing this now in the hopes that management has a serious discussion with their staff and also as a warning to potential patients. As soon as this young, woman of color walked up to the receptionist, she was met with extreme attitude. During some sort of debacle with insurance, the receptionist rolled her eyes, audibly scoffed at the patient, continued to whisper to her colleagues while the patient was trying to explain herself, and loudly read the medical conditions that the patient had listen on her form. The patient, obviously distressed, left in tears. She eventually returned, composed, and made another phone call that allowed her to be seen by a doctor. I understand that the receptionist's position is a difficult one. But I feel like it is beyond crucial for anybody in the line of providing medical care to be extremely careful in handling incoming patients, especially without knowing their story or needs. I hope that the folks working at ConvenientMD have awareness of the biases, history, and trauma that people of color face when they enter any medical facility. Next time, I hope that more patience and grace is afforded to any patient. I am disappointed and hurt by the exchange that I witnessed and a recognize that this is a moment for real growth in the attitudes of the receptionists towards their patients. read more

The worst, today was the third time we've had to use this facility only to be turned away. I arrived at 5 pm, they claim they close at 8pm, So why was I turned away? I can go on about their policies and proceedures, no need to. If you have an emergency and need to use this business, GOOD LUCK! I will never, ever go there again. The front reception people are rude, its like you owe them money. Convienient my Ass!!! They dont deserve any stars, had to so I can spread the word. read more

Medical, so they claim. I went there for an ear issue. Within hours my condition worsened after "treatment." My ear, instead of it being itchy, began to throb and bleed. I am not sure what the "nurse practitioner" did but it exacerbated the issue to the point where I had to return in two days because the throbbing pain was completely intolerable and the blood extremely concerning. I would strongly dissuade anyone from going to this facility. They do not have trained practitioners. And their front desk staff members are dreadful! Just run away from this place as fast as you can. BEWARE! You are forewarned! read more

Yes. Reception was nice. PA Mark (whom I saw ) is a keeper! . Kind, thorough , and helpful. Keep him around. The nurse assistant was also very good. I've forgotten her name. I DO ALWAYS wonder about why , after a solid intake, the practitioner invariably comes in and says "so what brings you here! ?? " Why is that? Just record keeping ? Thank you for being there. Sincerely, Kate Stenson Lunt RN ( retired) read more

I'm here to visit family and developed a sinus infection. The staff was wonderful. Efficient and competent and caring. They phoned In my RX to the pharmacy and they were ready when we got there after the appointment (I had made an appt online for 3 PM and they were right on time) The copay was less than I pay for urgent care in central NY. Thank you to Ashley/PA and Staff! read more

BEWARE OF USING INSURANCE What a deceptive website! Although the website states "The standard visit cost is $150 for patients paying out of pocket," if you have insurance but it doesn't cover the visit (such that you then have to pay out of pocket), you'll be charged $250--not $150. A 5 minute visit with a nurse who did nothing more than take my temperature and blood pressure was certainly not worth $250. I'll be quite sure not to go here again. read more

The only issue I had here was getting a sense of what information I was supposed to be leaving the clinic with and what I was supposed to do with that moving forward. Basically I had to say, well what do I do now and what does that mean? Other than the confusion, it was super safe. If you're going for a COVID test, they have you call their number from the parking lot (is listed on the front door) and they come out to you to test. If not, you go through the first set of doors and they will check your temp, ask about symptoms and why you're there. It was a very quick and I felt thorough visit. I got solid attention from the staff and maybe that's because I'm a sharer when it comes to my health but I felt like everything went the best it could possibly go! Definitely recommend this Urgent Care! read more

The secretary was rude. The physician assistant was helpful but we were overcharged. $350 for a yeast infection, a limited exam, a limited problem and a healthy person. Their motto of excellent care at affordable prices is misleading. Will not return and others are not mistreated. read more

We wanted to get COVID tests as my husband was not feeling well and we wanted to be sure it was not COVID. This was the only walk-in clinic we could find and they were great. The RN we saw was Andrew and he was great, very kind and caring and did not rush. His test was very gentle. We hope to not need to go back, but would definitely recommend them. read more

I would highly recommend ConvenientMD. I give them a 5 Star rating. From the front desk to being examined was a pleasant experience. The NP, Linnea Carroll is a valuable asset to ConvenientMD. She was very thorough and explained everything in detail. read more

Friendly but efficient and professional. Everything done in a timely manner without the bureaucratic details of a hospital ER.

I visited the Convenient MD in Falmouth recently. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The Nurse Practitioner showed great determination and skill in locating and removing a tiny sliver of broken glass from the bottom of my right foot. I felt instant relief. I have the highest respect and admiration for the entire staff at the Convenient MD in Falmouth. read more

Might be a good place to go for other things but don't go here if you think you have Covid. Got tested on Saturday and found out lab is closed on weekends. Lol no pandemic there! Was promised results Monday but nooo. Still waiting while everyone around me is anxious about their exposure. Heard CVS has a really fast turn time on PCR test. read more

Ms. Jimenez was quite impressive. Very clear in her recommendation for treatment, and made me feel I was getting great care. Process of making an appointment and being seen was so easy. They did text me that appointments were behind, which was very helpful so I could time my arrival accordingly. read more

My husband and I have been delighted with the care we have received at ConvenientMD. We even had to bring our little grandson there one day. As grandparents we were very happy with his visit. And it is sometimes hard to please grandparents! ( He had a tick embedded in his head.) We would give your center a 10. read more

We went in because my husband has been suffering from the feeling of something stuck in his throat for 2 months and it was getting worse. We do not have PCPs currently. We told our NP that we thought maybe it was GERD but weren't sure. She responded with "well if you think it's reflux then it must be." She didn't even look down his throat. We just wanted some help and were floored we only got a little print out of how to avoid reflux, which a quick google search helped us with anyway. The place is clean and we were helped quickly but we for sure won't be going there if we need help. Disappointing. read more

BEWARE regarding Covid testing. They say 48-72 hours turnaround for results. What they don't tell you is that the lab is closed over the weekend. I was tested on Tuesday before New Years and have yet to receive my results. When I called on Saturday, I was told the good news about the lab. Wherever you do go for testing, make sure to ask if the lab is processing 7 days a week. I ended up finding an excellent operation in Cambridge which charged half of what many others are charging for the PCR molecular swab test and was very confident of results in 24 -48hours. read more

Leaking ceilings is a quality you'd expect in a free clinic in Nicaragua not after paying $175 for a covid test.

Woke up on a Monday morning with a UTI. Tried self-treatment, but then went to ConvenientMD on Tuesday after work. I've had a UTI before. Usual routine is give urine sample and get antibiotics prescribed. Not this time! They WILL NOT give me ANY antibiotics until the test comes back from the lab. I was told the lab results would be back in 2 days. That was Tuesday. It's now Thursday and the lab results are still not back. Still in pain, no relief for me! In short, if you are going for a Covid test, then this place is great. Anything else that needs lab work, save yourself time, money and pain and go somewhere else that uses a different lab and actually treats patients. read more

I sliced my finger open within minutes of arriving at my hotel for vacation. It was obvious that the laceration needed medical attention. ConvenientMD came highly recommended by the front desk person at the hotel. The service at ConvenientMD was quick and professional with all staff that I came into contact with. The facility was sparkling clean. Shannon Kriehn, FNP-C was the primary person to treat me and she was excellent. I hope that you never need to visit an urgent care facility while on vacation but if you do, I would recommend ConvenientMD read more
