These stupid hicks need to staff this so-called clinic with front-office people who have some degree of common sense (obviously, I need a solution well before JANUARY) and some degree of concern for the well-being of the patient. I guess my first warning should have been when she answered the phone with the name of the clinic - and nothing else. No "How may I help you" or anything else so civilized. The nursing team were well informed and told me about all of the additional services they have through the office. When it came time to meet Dr. Wathier, the visit was short (maybe five minutes), but he seemed knowledgeable and professional. The only downside to my most recent visit was the wait time. I had a scheduled 10:30 appointment and didn't leave the office until almost 12.
