The shop attendant shares plenty of knowledge on all the products and the cooking you can do with them, while encouraging you to try anything that catches your eye and interest. No suggestion has ever left me disappointed. To be frank, there's truly no other place for high-quality oils and vinaigrettes that elevate your cooking. My favorite part of each visit is trying the infused oils with bread samples, sometimes to the point where I'm convinced I'll walk out with one of the giant dispensers and a whole loaf. I usually leave with the rosemary-infused and toasted sesame oils. They come in different sizes and are dispensed right there in 60, 200, 375 or 750 ml bottles. Aside from being incredibly knowledgeable, the shop attendant is very welcoming, patient and happy to answer any questions. I really appreciate how the bottles are always handled and packed with care, often gift-ready with plenty of tissue paper for padding. Parking can be tricky at times but it's absolutely worth the visit for your cooking essentials and pantry-inspired gifts.
