So patient, so kind.. he explained EVERYTHING and helped us secure two amazing cars. We couldn't be happier. They gave me an amazing deal on my trade in. The whole process was so easy compared to the many other dealerships we had been to. They meant it when they said they do things differently and that there's no right price for the wrong car. I was dead set on a jeep and Jeremy was so patient when I kept changing my mind. I love jeeps and the test drive was great but then I got into the Toyota Highlander he suggested and I was finally excited and it felt right and we made it happen the next day. Truly recommend this place.

Right after leaving, the check engine light came back on and the car stalled at a gas station. I was told it was the transmission. Later I brought it back for the same issue--and was charged another $150 for diagnostics. They replaced a spark plug and fuel pump, bringing the total to $780+600. As I left, the check engine light came on again. They even asked me for gas money to finish their test drive. I was respectful the entire time, but this experience left me feeling that I was taken advantage of. I wouldn't recommend them for serious diagnostics or accountability.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of dishonesty and negligence I experienced at this Ford…read moreservice department. Not only was I misled, but Ford's incorrect diagnosis could have cost me thousands of dollars and potentially my safety. Ford claimed to have flushed my brake lines three times and insisted that my vehicle needed a part replacement, quoting me $3,000 and telling me the part would take nearly two months to arrive. They were absolutely certain the part had failed. Here's the truth: I took my car to a second, independent mechanic. He immediately saw that my brake fluid was amber, dirty, and clearly NEVER flushed, which contradicts everything Ford told me. He also discovered air still trapped in the system, which explains the issue - something Ford failed to fix after multiple visits. The independent mechanic replaced a brake line, flushed the system correctly, and bled the brakes the way it should have been done. My brakes came back instantly. No issue. No electrical failure. No need for a $3,000 repair and a two-month wait. So Ford: Failed to properly diagnose the issue, Claimed to perform work they clearly did not do, Tried to push an unnecessary $3,000 part replacement, Put my family at risk by sending me home with unsafe brakes. Your service department either lacks basic competence, or they intentionally upsell customers on expensive repairs they don't need. Either way, it is unacceptable. I will no longer trust this dealership with my vehicle, and I will be reporting this experience to Ford Motor Company directly along with supporting documentation from the independent mechanic who actually fixed the problem. Customers deserve honesty, not scare tactics and false diagnoses.

DO NOT GO TO HAWKER AUTOMOTIVE ON SUNSET…read more I took my vehicle to Hawker automotive on September 12, 2025 to have the lower left control arm replaced. Then, on September 30, 2025 I brought it back because I thought the other control arm might need replacement. Instead, they recommended an alignment, which I approved. When I picked up the car Scott told me that the alignment was "all in the green and there was no more pulling." We left on vacation that Friday to California. About 1.5 hrs into the trip we notice our steering wheel would turn about 1/2-1 inch to the right when braking and that same amount to the left when accelerating. Not understanding the severity of the issue and the fact that there was no shops open at the time we continued to drive it to our destination. The first thing we did when we got into town was take it to a shop. Upon inspection, they discovered that the main bolt on the control arm they had replaced was never tightened. This is an extremely dangerous mistake -- a loose control arm bolt can cause major steering issues or even loss of control while driving. Because of this, the alignment done on September 30 was completely inaccurate, since the suspension wasn't properly secured in the first place. When I confronted the shop, they refused to issue a refund and only offered a discount on another service, which I found unacceptable given the seriousness of the error. ‼‼‼This kind of oversight shows a lack of basic safety checks and quality control. I would strongly caution anyone considering this shop for suspension or alignment work.‼‼‼ Video in comments

Alma was very professional and was willing to pick me up from the nearby shuttle drop off location more than 30minute drive away. She answered emails quickly and directly. On June 17, 2025, we purchased a 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT from Hurricane Car Lot for over…read more$15,000. At the time of purchase, we pointed out minor rust on the passenger upper rear fender, a noticeable misalignment of the passenger-side door, and unusual noises during the test drive. Sales agent Samantha told us every vehicle is inspected, that the van has a clean Utah title, and that the sale included a limited 30-day warranty, and that Hurricane Car Lot would pay 70% of covered repairs. After purchasing, the transmission fluid was severely overdue for service, so Color Country kept the van to flush and replace the fluid. We also discovered badly damaged engine mounts. After back-and-forth with Hurricane Car Lot and warranty administrator Liberty Shield, Hurricane Car Lot paid 70% of the engine mount replacement; Liberty Shield refused coverage, and we cancelled that plan and received a refund. Because payment and authorizations were delayed, Color Country kept the van longer than expected,d and we missed planned family events (July 4). Over the next few months, we returned to Color Country multiple times. AutoCheck shows severe frame damage dated January 27, 2025--less than five months before our purchase. Color Country's inspections and repairs indicate that the frame damage was never properly repaired, which likely caused the engine mount failures. To date, we have paid $1,741 in repairs (transmission fluid service, remaining engine-mount costs, AC recharge, and other items). On April 3, 2026, Jiffy Lube in Hurricane told us the plastic oil housing needed a metal replacement (~$1,200 with labor) and reported there was no transmission fluid. That same day, Color Country tested the transmission fluid in neutral and found it acceptable, but the fluid smelled burnt -- a sign the transmission is severely damaged and likely needs repair or replacement, which will cost $3,500+. That smell indicates the transmission was neglected before our purchase and was not properly inspected. On April 4, 2026, at about 8:45 PM, while stopped at a red light at Telegraph Road and 500 West in Washington City, UT, the van stalled when I accelerated. My youngest child was with me; I moved her to the sidewalk for safety. After several minutes, the engine restarted long enough to pull over near Walmart. The Washington City Police dispatch was contacted. Because Color Country was closed and we did not have their after-hours contact, we had the van towed by SG3 Towing and Recovery through our insurance. Everything is documented from purchase through these incidents. We consider this van unsafe, unreliable, and misrepresented. On April 6, 2026, we sent Hurricane Car Lot a letter of rescission. We have received no response. We have consulted our attorneys and my father, a master mechanic with 50+ years' experience. Next step: proceed with serving legal papers. We expect Hurricane Car Lot to resolve this matter promptly.
