The sales agent was Nick Graff and what we noticed first was that he listened to us, learned what we wanted and what we needed. We test drove several cars. He listened some more and brought out a new car for us to consider. When we selected the car we wanted, we made arrangements to meet him at the dealership the next morning to tell him oir decision. We purchased the new car. He did not "sell the car" to us. He allowed is to "buy the car" from him. All the details were handled quickly. Great experience and we love the car.

Is there a 10 star rating? I can't talk enough about how this company and Don Kracht (service…read moreadvisor) in particular, saved the day big time. I was driving from Boulder, CO to Los Angeles, CA after dropping my daughter at school. Over the Rockies is was very rainy and my check engine light came on and then went away. Over the course of the next 400- 500 miles, the check engine light came on sporadically and I started to get a skipping in my transmission (or so I thought). I kept driving, hoping to at least make it to Las Vegas where I knew I could get it looked at. Alas, the problem kept getting worse and in the middle of Utah I was forced to stop and look for a fix. I luckily happened upon Cedar City Motor Co. I limped it in and they unfortunately didn't have a technician available that day. I was looking at spending a weekend in UTAH as it was a Friday afternoon. In came Don who said "Im not turning you away". He juggled the schedule for me and had someone look at it right away. They quickly diagnosed a cracked cylinder coil which was making the truck misfire. Not the transmission. Within 2 hours they had fixed the problem and I was back on the road. I can't thank them and Don especially, enough. They saved my entire trip and were soooooo nice about it. This is how businesses should be run!!!!

This place is an absolute joke for many reasons. We purchased a brand new vehicle from them in 2021…read moreand began having issues with it about a year later. Our passenger side will blow ice cold air when it is set to full heat. We scheduled a diagnostic appointment, no resolution. We continued to take it in at random when it was having this issue so they could do diagnostics, no resolution. We have stayed in touch with them and have a total of SIX scheduled diagnostics with one repair of the blend door they claimed was malfunctioning. We paid for this service and it still never fixed the issue. Summer rolled around and it became a laughing matter to them because who needs heat in April, so they had us come pick it up and here we are in winter and the issue is right back. We are on the seventh scheduled diagnostic with them telling us that they cannot get it to duplicate the issue even though they witnessed the issue when we dropped it off, so again no resolution. In the beginning they claimed they opened a case with mopar and any repairs for this specific issue would be covered as it was still under warranty, but now suddenly that has gone out the window and they act clueless about the issue when we practically know everyone in the service center by name after all the times we have been there for this issue alone. They have no answers or next steps for us. Don't buy from here expecting to be treated with any kind of loyalty and definitely don't expect quality from the service center.

When I dropped it off I told the receptionist that my clutch was soft and it shared the same resivour as the brake fluid and asked if they cuold look at it. Come 5 at night the service rep texted me and told me he didn't get that information after a short discussion. They weren't able to finish it that day or do a diagnostics. So I told them to keep it for the day. The next day they got back to me that they thought it was my clutch and asked what kind of replacement I wanted. Nearly by closing time they finally got back to me and let me know they actually only have one clutch kit they could order so I told them they could. No responses again. Call, text, email, multiple times over multiple days. Every time I'd call in they'd tell me the service department was unavailable and they could take a message. No follow ups. Finally on 9/4 I called again at 9:30 in the morning and told them to cancel all work orders and have my car outside and ready to go. I also texted and emailed them this. I get in there at about 1PM and they have my car up on the lift anyways. No one seems to have any clue that I had been calling or emailing and no one ever talks to each other. They wanted to charge me an extra $500 for having my car on the lift and I told them to get me a manager. After the service member ran back to talk to the manager they decided to take off that charge. TLDR Don't go here. They will not respond to your calls, emails and texts then act like no one had heard from you for weeks on end.

So patient, so kind.. he explained EVERYTHING and helped us secure two amazing cars. We couldn't be happier. They gave me an amazing deal on my trade in. The whole process was so easy compared to the many other dealerships we had been to. They meant it when they said they do things differently and that there's no right price for the wrong car. I was dead set on a jeep and Jeremy was so patient when I kept changing my mind. I love jeeps and the test drive was great but then I got into the Toyota Highlander he suggested and I was finally excited and it felt right and we made it happen the next day. Truly recommend this place.

I spent money on a hotel room Next day they called me and told me it would be $475 to replace the thermostat (which is $110 and takes 30 minutes to change). They said that there was no ETA on when the car would be ready. I called their parts department and I was told that it could take weeks to get the part !!! Really? A thermostat ? Are they getting their parts from Bigfoot? There are plenty of places in Saint George, Las Vegas, etc where they should be able to get the part from. Even if it comes from Michigan it should only take a couple of days. At the end I paid $176 for their diagnosis and took the car elsewhere where it was fixed within an hour and they installed the same OEM thermostat. Maybe this place should sell their thermostat to the dealership.

After she bought it and drove the car for no more than 6 months, being driven to college at SUU and locally around Cedar City, the engine blew up! Yup! After only adding a few thousands miles- the engine blew up! The guy who works in their service department tried to blame my daughter. Classic! Sorry buddy, but this Mommy and Daddy know a bit more about cars and engines than you think! After listening to the "slick" lip service this guy named Charles gave me, in how HE thought the engine just mysteriously "blew up" and how HE tried to blame my daughter... we reached our sad conclusions. Before hanging up I asked Charles, "So, as it stands, what's my daughter's car worth today?" It didn't take him long to answer. "Oh about $200 for scrap metal." My daughter still owes about $6000! She paid about $4000 MORE than what it was worth, when she bought it and drove it off their crummy car lot!

Absolutely Lifesaver on the 4th of July!…read more I am on a long road trip with my family in our 2024 Toyota Grand Highlander when our dashboard suddenly lit up with a bunch of serious malfunction errors, and the car lost driving power. It was incredibly stressful, especially since it happened right before the holiday weekend when almost every other repair shop was completely closed. I pulled into this Steve's Shell Service Center, and Steve stepped up to help us. He was incredibly friendly, kind, and calm. He is extremely knowledgeable about modern vehicle electronics and took the time to listen to what happened, scan the vehicle's computer codes, and explain exactly what was causing the glitch. He cleared the error codes for us completely for free so we could get back on the road safely and finish our holiday trip. After a long test drive, the car is running perfectly normal again and all the dashboard lights are gone. Steve didn't just fix our car's electronic glitch; he saved our entire holiday weekend. If you ever need honest, expert, and genuinely caring mechanical help, go see Steve at this Shell station. I cannot thank him enough!
