Prior to this visit to this dealership, I just wanted to buy a T-shirt. There were only two other…read morecustomers talking with the guy behind the parts counter and another guy sitting at a desk in the showroom area. I took the shirt to the counter, and was never acknowledged. I waited, then the three people talking went walking around the store. After patiently waiting, I realized that I was not going to be able to buy the shirt. So I went on my way without purchasing anything. Months later, I went in the dealership again, on this visit, there was a person who actually cares for her job and customers. She was very helpful, within minutes I purchased the item and went away happy. The others should follow her lead. I have purchased a motorcycle from this dealership, as did my brother, and my nephew. These businesses need to realize that when they don't treat customers right, it's not the one that they are alienating, it can be many. It's frustrating, I try to buy products that are made in USA, but when American companies don't seem to want your business, then they may stop getting it. If you want a motorcycle from this dealership, ask for Gilbert, he is very professional. Stars 5 for the second visit. 1 for the first.

After our first appointment which I thought was a decent interaction, my bike started experiencing electrical issues which I believe was caused by either him or his assistant technician. After trying to schedule another appointment to diagnose the electrical issue and have some saddles installed, he gave me an appointment date multiple times for the 22nd, 30th, and then the again on the 6th of the following month which I confirmed for all 3 times! but was never put in his schedule nor honored. I was put off 3 times and had this appointment rescheduled on multiple occasions just to never even have it. As he blamed me for not clarifying whether he needed a specific part or not which was already discussed and not really even relevant for the other work needing to be done on the bike or for the already confirmed appointment times. His MANIPULATIVE & SELECTIVE MANAGEMENT STYLE, or just poor scheduling and communication skills will unfortunately never have me return to receive his services. Also, the oem part he claimed I needed and used as his excuse to not schedule me for, was up charged because he thought I was unaware of motorcycle repair or parts pricing. So again, don't waste your time or money dealing with this unaccountable D bag. Go to an actual shop. Pay for more Professionalism.

Trying to stay faithful to the original appearance of the 1969 Sportster used in the TV series (1969-1970, 26 Episodes), a windshield would not be used. Have you ever tried riding a motorcycle on a freeway at 65 MPH in high wind with sand blowing everywhere? Or those flying insects that just happen to be in your way on those "Long Lonesome Highways"? Let me tell you, a windshield is a "Must Have" item. Of course, you can always wear those $800 full face helmets that completely cover your head and a heavy leather jacket to protect your upper body. (I fully approve and support safety clothing and helmets). The reality is in harsh environments, a windshield really offers greatest comfort to the rider. The decision was made to seek out a small, fully functional windshield that was of great quality, strength and superior design. The ONLY one that fit my requirements was Windvest. I was over at Corbin's during this last 4th if July Hollister Rally and met Doug and Tami, owners of Windvest. Since I did not have my bike there, (was riding Polaris's Mother Ship, Victory Vision), they told me to drop by the shop in Morgan Hill on Tuesday. I did as asked and was amazed of the quality and thickness of the shield. Doug EXPERTLY installed this (he knows all the tricks and proper torque settings) but told me to try it and return for further adjustments if needed. I did as asked and WOW, what a difference! I am very tall (6'3") so I bought the 18" Windvest. Immediately my ride had improved 100%. I was amazed how it was giving me similar comfort and protection that larger, frame mount fairings/windshields offered. It was almost perfect, but I needed it to be just a bit higher. Called Doug up, told me to come back the next day, which I did, and Doug raised it 1". Now it is perfect! I know you've heard the old saying "Size Matters", but in the case of the Windvest, "Design Matters". Check out their website or give Doug or Tami a call. They are very dedicated to the business offering superior customer service! I highly recommend this product and business!
