BAIT AND SWITCH I don't take any enjoyment writing this as I have given the owner every opportunity to right this wrong. Long story short I hired baggers audio to upgrade my sound system on my Harley. New speakers, deck, amp... the whole nine yards. After 4 trips. All the bugs were worked out... I then rturned later to get a new taillight installed. Upgraded to LED. Unfortunately the light installed on my bike was for another. It left my license plate dark, without lighting. I didn't notice till I got a fix it ticked for my taillight not being lit, brought it back to BA and he instead of ordering the proper light he band aided it with a lighted frame. I then asked him to order the proper light for my bike. He then went on Amazon and ordered a taillight that matched none of my lenses on my bike. After several attempts of me asking for the proper part ( one made for my bike) to be ordered and installed I get unprofessional messages from the owner stating that he refuses to order and install the the proper parts for my bike. He put electro guide parts on a street Glide. Refuses to make it right. After installation of the proper part, I will update this post with pics and a copy of our correspondence. I'm a little late with this. I bought the Rockford Fosgate direct replacement system for my Street Glide. Called and they were able to get my bike in the next morning. Install was done quickly and without issue. Although not super impressed with the Fosgate system I bought, I've purchased a more powerful amp and will be contacting BA soon for the install. Even if you're a DIYer, I recommend saving time and taking to Baggers Audio. read more

I learned of Baggers Audio in San Jose from another motorcycle shop. I went in for an engine swap and at the time I was running a different sound system that was much smaller and mounted in my t-sport fairing. Recently, I upgraded to an FXRT fairing with hopes to install a bigger sound system. Baggers Audio was the right choice. I contacted them and Heather helped me out on the phone. She had me send her photos, asked what I was looking to accomplish, she gave me a price right then and there and set me up with an appointment. When I went in, Heather and Nick both took a look at my bike and gave me the run down of how it was gonna go, asked me what options I wanted to go with, they gave me a few ideas and got to work. Heather kept in contact with me for the entire week they had my bike and when it was done they gave me a full tutorial on how it works, if I ever wanted to change something, add something, etc. I am thoroughly impressed with Nick's craftsmanship, I can tell he worked carefully and took his time. My buddy and I made a 4:30 appointment with Nick and rode from Livermore to Baggers Audio for a radio flash (an hour+ each way in traffic). Nick's Technoresearch tool was unable to recognize the license on his laptop, so he was unable to flash the bikes. I don't fault Nick for this, stuff happens... BUT he did not offer any apology or acknowledgement of the inconvenience to us and our 8-day ride that was planned just a few days later. All he did was talk about getting his machine fixed the next day, but never did follow up with me or offer any discount for a re-visit flash. In fact, he didn't even look at us as he rolled his machine back into the shop assuming we'd just leave. Really too bad as he appears to do good work for most people, but he sure let us down. read more

I have a brand new 2023 road glide ST, was super nervous about putting an aftermarket upgrade on it. Found a bunch of aftermarket stuff and purchased it and went to see Baggers Audio for installation. He had no problem putting in the equipment that I had purchased and was very helpful with information on what he was going to do and how he was going to do it turns out my Internet shopping spree yielded speakers that didn't fit that didn't stop him from reaching out and getting me some quality 6 1/2's for my upper faring and 8 inch speakers for my lower fairing. He gave me a great deal being that I was already, behind on purchasing my own stuff had the bike done super quick without a scratch on it. The new system sounds great could not be happier with the speakers he found me and the quality of the installation. Word to the wise go see Baggers Audio before you go on an Internet shopping spree. I was looking for a audio upgrade on my motorcycle but wanted to find a business that worked on motorcycles. I kept finding car audio places until I came across Baggers Audio. It was late evening when I called asking to come by and talk to them, Heather stayed open after hours so I could come ask questions! Nick was very knowledgeable and helpful. I told him what I was looking for and he knew what to hook me up with. Aside from audio they also do many other installations. I like most others are always looking for the best deal but you know what it just never works out so I learned the hard way with a bad install. I found Baggers audio who corrected my audio that was installed wrong. He installed new speakers in the fairing and fine tuned the system to make it sound clear, what a HUGE difference, Nick is the king of audio for Baggers by far, I would not go to Joe Blow who knows nothing! I was recommended to baggers audio from a friend who had a similar set up on his bike he said talk with Nick and he will get you set up with the correct system that you want and have it sounding great I contacted him and he picked up and we spoke about a few options for my bike I was also in a bit of a rush since my stock stereo system was not working Nick had all the parts in stock except for the 6 x 9 lids. Once the lids came in he called me and said bring the bike by and in 24 hours he turn that bike around and had it ready the next day for pick up with the stereo system sounding great. I can turn this stereo all the way to it's max with no distortion from the speakers I can hear this system clearly at 80 and 90 miles an hour on the freeway with my full face helmet on and visor down this system absolutely rocks and so does Nick thanks again for the awesome job and will be working with NICK in the future. read more

Heard about Baggers Audio on social media. Had to go check it out for myself. Spoke with Nick for about half an hour, and I was gamed. I first heard of this place from Instagram, so i gave them a follow. I was initially interested in a set up for a 2010 Dyna I had... Long story short Dyna was put into retirement and I picked up a new 2018 road glide special. Seeing the post I gained more interested in a sysyfor my bagger. So I went them a message and received a reply within the hour. I was like cool. I did some research and also asked around for pricing. A buddy of mine which works at an HD dealer told me I should just purchase the stage 2 boom upgrade. I said give me the price and the specs. Of course this is Harley and the price for the system alone without install was insane. I hit up baggers audio for a quote on almost the same exact things. 6x9s for the bags, amp and upgrades front 6.5s. Mind you his price was very reasonable and included install. On top of that I also went with adding 2 horns under the head unit which was absolutely mind blowing. I went ahead and placed an order for the lids which by the way Harley didn't include and we're way much higher than aftermarket. They kept me informed the whole time. As soon as my lids we're ready, I got a message. Hey your lids are in when do you want this done. I was overly excited and said the next day. He said I'm swamped but I'll get you in. Then reality hit, I can't make it in the next day or the day after. So I scheduled an appointment for a Saturday morning. Rode my bike in from Stockton,ca to San Jose. Pulled up at 9:30. Got greeted by the man himself as he said are you ready to make this thing loud. "hell yeah". He pulled out the color match lid, we walked it over to see how well it matched... Perfect, are you happy with this. He asked. I said of course. All I need is the keys and he had one bike ahead of me. He said I should be done with this one in an hour or so and I will jump on yours next. Got a message my bike was done. Went and picked it up and was blown away.
