Nate from BikeMedics is hands down the best dude I've met in years! He had me laughing from the…read moreget-go, which was such a nice welcome and an awesome way to start the week. Beyond being a genuinely great guy, he is insanely knowledgeable about bikes. He shared that it's been his passion since he was a young kid, and it absolutely shows in his work. He serviced two of our bikes (an ElliptiGO 8c and a Schwinn Sivica comfort cruiser) in less than an hour. Working right out of his BikeMedics van, he swapped out the brakes, lubricated the gears, and even washed them both down so they looked as good as new! He got everything done perfectly on the spot. But the absolute best part was that he actually took the time to show us how to properly operate the bikes. He shared some great tips and tricks, and even taught us how to fix small things ourselves in case they ever break. Nate is officially our forever bike guy. Do yourself a favor and skip the big box stores: you'll get way better service, learn a lot, and possibly even save some money by going with BikeMedics. I really appreciated the convenience of his mobile setup and his top-tier service. If you need bike repairs in Dallas, look no further. Highly recommend!

There were a few folks bringing in their Specialized bikes for repairs or tune-ups, which is a testament to the quality of their technicians. The team patiently addressed all my questions without any pressure. Having visited numerous bike shops in the area, I can confidently say that none left me with the same positive experience.
