Only suggestion increase parking and maybe adding a golf cart like they do at the fair to get people to and from the gate.

First thing to point out is you need to arrive early as possible because the lines get crazy long. Luckily for us we already purchased our tickets online and were able to get in line right away. Secondly, if you need to use the restroom or do anything else, be sure to do that before you wait in line for the hayride. There is no stopping once you get in line for the hayride and once you get off the hayride you have to go through all the haunted houses back-to-back. When you get in line, they corral the groups into what looks like a large steer pen until its that groups time to get on the hayride. It's about a 15-minute ride through the woods - you experience several scare zones, and gory scenes. There are a handful characters like Michael Myers that run out and climb on the back of the wagon trying to scare guests, which is more fun than actually scarry. Once the ride comes to a halt guests once again line up to go through all the haunted houses. The haunted houses were hit and miss. Some were better than others and all the staff in the houses did a decent job. We had a run-in with one security guy that was just a complete jerk and threatened to kick us out for trying to take a picture with a character stating that we touched them when we did not, the character actually grabbed on to us, so WTF! Once through the haunted houses there's not much left to do but walk around, grab a bite to eat and something to drink. It was a little expensive but decided to get a few hot dogs, Snapple ice teas, and some other light snacks; roughly $40 for this. The characters walking around and doing photo ops in this area were great and their costumes were also very good. They stayed in character the whole time we were at the park so this made for a spirited evening. My biggest complaint is there is not enough Porto-lets available or seating near the vendors for the sheer number of guests attending. They literally had 4-5 stalls available for the thousands that can potentially visit here nightly. Also, staff were not stocking the stalls with toilet paper. There were a lot of unhappy Ladies here that night.

The cocktail hour was hosted in the lobby. It is a small space. There were tables with snacks along the middle and a small table set up in the back as a bar. There was not much room for tables so we had to stand along the side and use the window ledge to hold our drinks. The service was great. The cocktail servers did a great job at bringing out snacks and making sure every guest was taken care of! The only thing I found strange was that the "bar" did not serve water. We had to wait until the reception started to get a glass of water. The reception hall was beautiful. It is the perfect venue for a small wedding. If you are planning to have more than 100 people at your event, I think it will be too small. The tables were a little tight which made it difficult to get in and out BUT everything was beautiful. Again, this wedding was the perfect size for this venue. I will not comment on the food since I am certain it was catered by an outside company. Overall, we had a great experience at the wedding and the venue was beautiful. If we plan to have a small wedding, this is a place I would consider!

Coming from a guest, I cannot say how expensive this place is, but my friends had about 100 people in attendance to their October nuptials and this venue was fabulous. They had the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception here and it was a beautiful setting. It was very convenient for guests, parking was substantial and it was beautiful. There was an elegant and simple beauty to all parts of the celebration. There were enough bathrooms, even for the women. Though it was flat pouring rain outside, we were comfortable and happy inside. If I was having my wedding in Saratoga Springs in the Fall, I would definitely recommend The National Museum of Dance.

Xandra helped me pick the right meal: the scallops with a Thai chili sauce and rise. The five scallops were large, tender, perfectly cooked, and tasted amazing. Thankfully, the Thai chili sauce only had a bit of sweetness to it. Even the rice was fantastic. Xandra was attentive, a great listener, and a real help. My Hendrick's Gin martini was phenomenal. Exceptional actually! The vegan chocolate mousse was creamy and light but too sweet and loaded with cinnamon. So much so that I tasted nothing but cinnamon. I cannot recall ever having cinnamon in a chocolate mousse before. Even so, that didn't destroy the night and I look forward to trying the blackened Ahi Tuna next time as well as trying a different dessert.

It showcases numerous types of artwork throughout the building and has different studios for different purposes. They also offered a variety of different classes that I look forward to learn more about! The Bombs Away Workshop was incredibly fun! The instructors were really knowledgeable and helpful. It was a small group, so the ratio of instructor:students was pretty well balanced. They provided ample supplies and appropriate protective wear for the event. The only comment would be to provide more scales or request us to bring some in the invitation. I think that slowed down the efficiency of the workshop since we were just waiting for everyone to get their ingredients measured. Otherwise, I had a lot of fun and hope there are more fun events advertised!
