I said he could put a $5 delivery charge down and tipped 40 bucks. Got my food inside and there was only rice (for the 1A - spring roll and chicken balls were missing). Caught the driver before he left and told him to take it back and give me a full refund. He punched his car and said he didn't know how to refund. When I finally did get through on the phone, Tony yelled at me saying I was trying to rip him off and hung up on me. Not sure how I'm ripping him off by giving him $40 for a $15 order, which was not complete. Put my complaint on their Facebook page and not so much as an apology. Will never order from or dine here again.
