A family of recent Chinese immigrants is operating Ming Ming and their menu features over 100 dishes. Although you can get the usual sweet and sour chicken balls and dinners for one, two, three or four, the menu also features a wide array of better dishes, from Singapore noodles to Tai Dop Woey. The portions are ample. The service is prompt and the wait staff is trying hard to learn more English. A good find on a road trip and a nice alternative to yet another lunch at Tim Horton's.

We ordered beef with black pepper sauce and kun paw chicken and white rice. We received our order and were finished eating by 9:30! Both dishes were labelled spicy but were not really very spicy, but were full of fresh vegetables and well flavoured. The residents of Pontypool are lucky to have such a gem in their village. Tonight we went with the special individual orders. But usually custom order. The noodle dishes and soups are fantastic.
