They even had the "business man" trophy, so we could give out real Dundies at our themed Office Quiz! Because we were so happy with the awards we ordered for our quizzes, we decided to also use them in our personal life. We host a large Halloween karaoke party every year for our friends and decided to start doing trophies/medals for the best costumes, best singers, etc. Again, they had very high quality, affordable options for these as well. In most cases, they underpromise and over deliver (as my past two orders have arrived weeks early). I worked with Rob on a custom trophy and he was extremely patient throughout the whole process (as my idea changed multiple times). The end result was AMAZING!!!! He has a SWAG box (in shop) for the little ones to be able to dig through and sends me digital reminders to let me know when my corporate promotions are pending, as well as when I need to start reaching out to "fantasy owners" about the needs for their leagues. Could my order have gotten lost? Sure, but I've called four or five times over the last three months to confirm that this isn't the case and politely asked this terribly inept company to send me a confirmation and an expected completion date for this order. I've been told all four or five times that they'll work diligently to figure it out and get back to me within the day. Somehow, that day turns into two and three and four... and now we're sitting at three months for two small plaques. Do NOT use this company if you appreciate reliability or accountability.

My order this year was not quite "perfect". I brought it to the attention of management and it was resolved in a manner that was ABOVE and BEYOND what was necessary.
