Could my order have gotten lost? Sure, but I've called four or five times over the last three months to confirm that this isn't the case and politely asked this terribly inept company to send me a confirmation and an expected completion date for this order. I've been told all four or five times that they'll work diligently to figure it out and get back to me within the day. Somehow, that day turns into two and three and four... and now we're sitting at three months for two small plaques. Do NOT use this company if you appreciate reliability or accountability.
