The staff is always extremely nice and very helpful when looking to pick something out. I have never felt pressured to buy anything when looking at the store. In fact, I recently purchased an engagement ring. I had my mind set on some certain criteria in a ring such as size, cut, and color. After picking out the band, Jeff had some diamonds shipped in to look at for the center mount. I heavily learned on their expertise and eyes to select the right diamond. If we would would have stayed in the range of my criteria, they would have probably got $5,000 more dollars out of me on the purchase. I took their recommendation and it was an incredibly beautiful ring and it saved me a lot of money. I compared the diamond that I was purchasing to prices on sites like Blue Nile. Where you can specify the size, cut, color, etc... The price I paid was better than any on-line store and I got to hold and see the ring under the right lights. I can't thank them enough for their service and professionalism. I personally trust them no matter the amount of the purchase. I hope to never buy another engagement ring again. However, they have some beautiful jewerly otherwise. The only place that I will shop due to proven service and relationships.

I've done a lot of business with Greenberg's over the years and loved the experience I had at the Oakview location before it closed. Dealing with the Westroads location has been nothing but a nightmare. The most recent experience of being yelled at by a senior manager at Greenbergs on my birthday because they can't fix their mistake. My fiance and I went into the Westroads location a few weeks ago to pick out our wedding rings. We were told we put on layaway my engagement ring and wedding band and his wedding ring and sports band that came free with his ring due to a special they were running. I called about 2 weeks after we started the layaway to see exactly how much was owed to be able to pick up my rings and how long it would take for the stone to be set and put together. I found out at this time, they didn't have my wedding band included on the layaway and they also forgot to mention that my ring was a custom ordered ring that would take 6 to 8 weeks for the company to create and then it would have to go to a Greenbergs jewelry to be finished. Again none of this was advised when we placed the rings on layaway. My fiance tried to call them and find out what was going on and see how they were going to fix their mistake. Instead of the store taking responsibility for their mistake, they just cancelled the layaway and called and yelled at the customer for their issues. This really didn't sit well with me when they did this on my birthday of all days. I wouldn't recommend to go to the Westroads location in Omaha at all. They have the worst customer service and can't get a simple ring order correct. This is not my first run in with them missing up my rings and not taking responsibility to fix it

I didn't care for that stuff so I concentrated on the other items. As an avid etsy user I called their bluff immediately. I saw earrings, rings and necklaces that I have seen many times on etsy for so much cheaper it isn't even funny. Are they are assuming their clientele isn't smart enough to know about the internet?? I ended up with a pair of earrings that were ON SALE for $45.00. I went straight back to my office and found them on etsy for $15.00. I didn't even like them that much but it was a gift and I had to get something. Unfortunately, that information was incorrect, which was disappointing from the start. When I arrived, I was directed to Diana, who was working on the men's side. Diana was absolutely wonderful professional, patient, and genuinely helpful. She made me feel welcome, and I highly recommend her. She is exactly the type of associate who represents the Coach brand well. After taking a few minutes outside the store to think about my purchase, I returned to find that Diana had gone on break. I asked if someone else could assist me, and I was handed off to another associate (a white female whose name I unfortunately did not catch). The difference in customer service was striking. I felt that I was treated differently from the moment she began assisting me. She briefly checked for the tote I had decided to purchase and returned saying there were no packaged ones available. Rather than offering to package the display bag, check for other options, or suggest an alternative color, she simply stated they had none available, turned around, and walked away. She then stood behind the register appearing to avoid any further interaction, despite not actively helping another customer. Her demeanor came across as dismissive, condescending, and uninterested in assisting me. Based on the interaction, I left feeling racially profiled. While I cannot speak to her intentions, that was the impact her behavior had on me, and it made what should have been an enjoyable shopping experience feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. This was my first negative experience at a Coach store, and it was disappointing because I have always associated the brand with excellent customer service. If I return to this location, I will make every effort to work exclusively with Diana, whose professionalism and kindness stood in sharp contrast to the treatment I received from the other associate. I ultimately chose to shop elsewhere. The team at Michael Kors was welcoming, helpful, and attentive, and they were also offering an additional 20% off their sale items.
