I've been to Saute' on 6th several times and have enjoyed myself each time. I make a point to…read morevisit when I'm in the area for work. Located in Clarkston, WA there are 2 levels of dining. The upstairs has the kitchen and dining area. But there's also the downstairs, basement dining and bar which practically lends to a speakeasy vibe. Each time I've visited I've opted for the bar, as I'm usually dining solo. The menu is small, but the food is done so well. I also look at the specials. One time they offered an Ivory King Salmon, I've never heard of it before and looked it up. Apparently it's very rare and makes up on 5% of King Salmon species. Super glad I ordered it, it's buttery, mild flavor reminded me of black cod. But their other menu items are nothing to ignore. I've had the roasted marinated lamb, and they also offer $15 dollar pasta Wednesdays. Recently I had the Linguine with meatballs, it tasted homemade - like the Nonna's were in the kitchen! IF I have space for dessert, I usually opt for the gallette or cheesecake, both are worthy options to end a satisfying meal. My only complaint is that Saute' on 6th is only open from Wed - Sat, so I have to plan my visits...

For dinner I decided on some smaller plates, I ordered the shrimp crostini which was very enjoyable and just the right amount. Additionally I ordered the tomato bisque, I really enjoyed the presentation since the server came out with a small carafe of the soup and poured it into the bowl at the table, which was fun and delicious! For dessert I tried the espresso crème brûlée which was good, the top had the right sugar crack and snap, which was yummy! Will definitely be back, the service and ambiance was really enjoyable as well.

On 11/22/25 I was invited to play in a dart tournament they were having. My first time here!…read moreWalked in and thought, wow, this place is great! Very roomy, tons of dart boards, with good seating. On this day, the place was not busy. I walked up to the bar to order a beer, said to the bartender (I think her name is Courtney) and the gentlemen that were running the dart tournament, "watching a little NASCAR are we" Before asking for my order, the bartender let me have it, stating she did not like my NASCAR comment etc. I was stunned! I really don't care what they were watching or doing, I was just trying to politely make my presence at the bar known. Later, a man claiming to be the owner came to be and asked what had happened. Then he brought her over and she bitched me out a second time, while he just sat there and said NOTHING! I said to him, "did you seriously just bring her over here to yell at me"? I left the bar, waited outside for my friends to finish the dart tournament. I will never return.

We just wanted to kick back, eat and drink a bit, watch TV and then head back to our hotel. Hubby enjoyed a Long Island, and two of their beers. We considered food but changed our minds (just weren't hungry yet)... However, the flatbreads and pizzas that I saw coming out of the kitchen looked fantastic. The employees were very kind... and warned us that the 7pm Dart League would be coming in... in about an hour, so we quickly played 1 round of darts. Good music, nice folks, LOTS of HUGE TVs and plenty of seating.
