I was very upset because I called SEVERAL (14 total) services that were closer to me location wise, but got the same answering service who told us that they didn't service our zip code, even though one of them was IN our zip code. By the time I called them, I was in tears and very upset. I spoke with a lovely woman who calmed me down and told me that yes, they could come out and make a key to get into the trunk. I was so happy with their response. They were there within the hour, which is wonderful considering they had to drive 35 minutes (at least) to get to us.
