After a few calls to other companies as far away as Philly, Ryan accepted the request to visit and access our situation. He's quick, thinks fast on his feet, offered a good solution and in an hour, every door lock was changed and fixed to our satisfaction. And because we were quoted estimates from other people, his service call charge along with unit pricing was reasonable and competitive for our area. My parents always supported local businesses for community growth. Great to meet Brenda, too!

Had a backup key fob replaced and programmed 10 months ago by this company. Never used the key fob…read moreas it was a backup. Had to use it for the first time the other day and the battery was dead. Replaced the battery and the key fob lit up but did not work. Reached out to the text message from a person named Ben who was the tech who came to my house to replace the key fob. Told me he would have to check to see if anybody was in the area that could check it out for me and that he would get back to me shortly. Waited 3 hours, called the main number at Ryan Locksmith and was told that a tech would return my call. Got a call from a guy who spoke broken English which I ended up hanging up on because I couldn't understand a word he was saying. Text this other person back by the name of Ben who said he's a freelancer and had no idea what company I was even referring to. So apparently this company doesn't have their own set staff. The key fob that I bought last year and had programmed has been junk since the moment the guy handed it over. The back of it fell off a few weeks after even having it and now it doesn't even work at all. Ended up going to another locksmith yesterday who said that the key fob just doesn't lose programming when the battery needs changed and told me that I had a bad key fob. This other company replaced the bad key fob with a new one, programmed it, and cut the key for half of the cost of Ryan Locksmith. This company is a joke - an absolute complete waste of time and money! Customers beware!!!
