This technician Erik charged me 159.00/to let me in my home. I am disabled with anxiety disorders and PTSD. I was a wreck. I gave him 65.00 cash which he didn't write on the bill. I was supposed to make payments on the 1st of every month when I get my check. I took trash out at midnight and he was outside of my trailor. Made to a story about payment which it wasn't even the first. I gave him my number and asked him not to show to like that. I'm going through a divorce of domestic violence so I was scared. He called me and told me there's more than one way to psy my bill. He asked me first sex for the balance. I have all the evidence I need to take this company n him to court n I am going to do so. I had just purchased an 2008 Chrysler Town and Country and the key the dealership had given me was constantly setting off my alarm. The dealership did not have the original fob key. I called LockTech24/7 to help me with my front door handle. The door handle would not engage the locking mechanism all the way so I wouldn't be able to get out until I was forcing the handle as low as it can go. When I called LockTech24/7 I didn't realized that they are in Allentown, PA and I am in Tehachapi, CA. They were nice enough to walk me through in fixing the handle, without even coming out and examine the problem.
