I bought a used radio from Ebay and Josh installed it in less than a hour and he did it while having a conversation with me! Everything works perfectly and his fees are very reasonable. Who knew that trying to get a remote starter for my 2016 E350 Mercedes would be such a challenge…read more After contacting a number of manufacturers who all told me that the product does not exist i talked to the people at Tier One and they found the one company who makes a remote starter for my car. They told me upfront that they needed the car for 3 - 4 days since they had to ship the ignition harness to Chicago to have the spare key installed in the harness. Four days later my car was done so I went to their new location in West Chester to pick it up. They were very good at explaining how the new system worked except it only worked on a part-time basis, sometimes it started and some times it did not. After several phone calls to Chicago it turned out that I need to replace the car battery since mine was 4 years old and too weak to power the system. After replacing my battery the system works perfectly! The service that Tier One provided was top notch, they did exactly what they said they were going to do and at a fair price. So now I can remotely start my car with the key or using by Droid phone. I would recommend these guys to anyone who wants a remote starter put in their car. My next purchase from them will be a sound-deadening system that eliminates road noise.

About six months ago, Don professionally installed my Thinkware U3000 Pro front and rear cameras. A couple of months ago, I returned to him for installation of the brackets and wiring setup for my Uniden radar detector. His work has always been extremely clean, precise, and professional. Most recently, after having new window tint installed, the dash cameras had to be removed and then reinstalled. Even though Don had a very busy schedule, he went out of his way to squeeze my car in and reinstall the cameras on the freshly tinted windshield. He took great care with the new tint and made sure everything was properly positioned, secure, and working exactly as it should. What I appreciate most about Don is his attention to detail and the pride he takes in his work. He treats the vehicle as if it were his own, takes the time to do everything correctly, and is always professional and helpful. After several different installations, I have complete confidence in Don and would not hesitate to bring any of my vehicles to him. Prior to the appointment, I received a few…read moretexts stating something along the lines of - do not be late, $30 fee and rescheduling of appointment will be needed if late. Out of common courtesy, I show up at 2:45pm to get all the paperwork squared away. I didn't end up leaving until a little after 9:50pm. Throughout my full "work shift" I waited there, I continuously asked for updates and responses were, "we are working on it." While there was a language barrier, there is not reason to be lying to a customer saying you are working on a vehicle, when in fact they weren't the whole time. It wasn't until the end, around 9:30pm the tech tried apologize and 'joke' around - there was not any point during my duration there, did I consider the place a comedy club. The excuse was, he ran into trouble with other jobs prior too. Instead of informing the customer and being transparent, the lies continued. Then a lady appeared out of no where, antsy and a smudge of an attitude. Not sure if it's because she came around 7:30/8pm and there were people still there or what. She acted as if she was there to expedite the process, but she did not help from my knowledge. She even informed me they were working on my car. When I went outside, my car still had yet to be touched. What's with all the lies?? I still had to wait towards the end of my installation to finalize paperwork. I wouldn't recommend this place for any work! Some of the customers I had encountered in the waiting room started talking around 7:30/8pm and they both said they had similar problems with their most recent experiences with the business. How is this place open? The lack of generosity and care for people's time is unbelievable. I would not recommend, unless you want to be playing the waiting game.
