FIVE STAR REVIEW!! The key and/or fob on our Chevrolet Equinox, failed and malfunctioned. The alarm sounded and the doors and engine automatically locked while we were at a local establishment. When we purchase the used vehicle the dealer only gave us one key fob. We did try to resolve the issue by replacing the battery to no avail. We left a vehicle parked at that location overnight and today we phoned Luzerne Auto Locksmith. We were absolutely pleased with Gilbert. He was super nice, professional, and VERY knowledgeable. He gave us excellent advice to assure us this would not happen again. We had no worries as he cut and programmed a new key fob so that our disabled vehicle could be driven home. We highly recommend Luzerne Auto Locksmith and hopefully we won't need their services again but would definitely use them again. read more

Longer review on Facebook. Will threaten a lein on your vehicle, show up with and or with out police for payment when you state you will pay after you speak to the boss. Somehow found my maiden name which is on no paperwork i gave them to prove ownership. Do not think by the end of the events I actually spoke to the boss. At no point did I say I wouldn't pay or couldn't but simply wanted to speak to the boss first due to the 10+ hour ordeal getting a key made. Was stated because they were busy. They will do other jobs while working on your vehicle and blame it on a "hard to cut key". They will not show up for hours after you were told they would be there. By the end of it. I don't believe I spoke to the actual boss. Again. A more through review is on Facebook. They killed my battery (car key wouldn't start the car due to a chip error) and called it a complimentary jump. They gave me a "complimentary key" that does not like to release from the ignition. read more
