Instead I spend 2 hours doing research and talking to my insurance. Here's what happens if you have a glass chipped or cracked. You call Mesko's and make sure they are open. You come in. They call your insurance and take care of the paperwork. Then they fix your glass in 15 minutes. Done. Insurance often waves the deductible if you repair a chip. This place is so much more professional and friendly then the Safelite. They actually know what they are doing. They would not try to repair a wet glass outside at your parking lot, where it will crack for sure. Highly recommended.

"What you got" said one of them. I have a windshield that needs a new seal. They laughed and said "Everyone left at 4:30" I said "You are open til 5 right?" They laughed again and said "The office is open til 5 but everyone else left." There was no sign that alerted the customer of this anywhere. They never said sorry some back tomorrow, or can you leave your car, they just seemed to have this attitude that if you stay we have to do something and if you leave we just do nothing til 5. I said "I'll just go somewhere else." And I left and I will not go back, they lost a customer.
