10/10 amazing service, super clean and modern, they have a coworking space for those of us who choose to work while on "vacation, attached to the mall and close to lots of shops. Great great great all around. Alberto the Hilton representative at the front desk told me everything the hotel had to offer and really has gotten my trip off to an amazing start

Wonderful boutique hotel with a great staff. We visit Cancun at least once a year and have passed by this hotel numerous times so we wanted to give it a try. We love the proximity to many of our favorite restaurants and it's right next to the La Isla Shopping where we also frequent. We stayed in one of the Panoramic King Rooms and it was wonderful. Beautiful views of the lagoon and you can see Isla Mujeres in the distance. Comfy beds, a great shower, and a separate living area with another bathroom. Plenty of room and the rooms are nicely appointed. Lovely lobby with a very cool bar too. They also have a nice gym and even a transfer room with lockers, showers, and bathrooms if you have a later flight. I really love that feature and I wish more hotels had this. A really nice touch! They have a rooftop pool and bar with nice views and plenty of seating. It never felt crowded like you were fighting for space. The only negative is lack of a balcony where you could enjoy a cocktail while watching the sun set. Other than that, top notch and I would absolutely stay here again.

The first time stay was no issue, love the fashion style of the lobby and room. The conceige are all amazing, very polite, always greeting and offer for help. Love the roof top, you can see the whole lagoon and sea view. The swimming pool is a plus on the roof top. Second time here not really the same experience of the first stay. Just in case you need to visit the friend or family member there, make sure they either give you a key or waiting you at the lobby. This would avoid been humiliated. The front desk employee won't help to open the door!!! Usually I really don't want to write negative reviews because I was there( worked 17 years in a 5 stars hotel), put aside the basic greeting and smile to the customers, Instead of service the customer, this lady: probably supervisor Karla (consider herself as a police officer, she would question why you need to visit them and what would you do in the room? Seriously like these kinds of personal bussiness are none of theirs', this is really odd policy, probably she had a bad day, she kept give me attitude. Even after they called to the room and confirmed with the guest, still they want to hold one of the ID at the front desk. Unbelievable!!! The front desk employees need to be trained better! The way she talked to the customer was rude, and challenged!!! Other than that my guests are happy with the stay!

Had a great one night stay here at this hotel on the last leg of my Mexico vacation. It is about 20 minutes from the Cancun International Airport by taxi. The hotel room was nice and comfortable with enough storage for our belongings. We didn't have luggage and just had backpacks so there was no issue with not enough hangers/storage. The shower is a lovely stand up shower and I loved their toiletries provided. I got to enjoy their rooftop hot tub and pool for a night swim. We did walk to the beach to hangout while our room was prepared for check in. The public beach is about a 15-20 minute walk along the sidewalk as they do not have private beach access. There is an OxxO right before you get down to the beach where you can get drinks and snacks. We loved their breakfast buffet selections and were very pleased and sad we only stayed for one night. Our Playa del Carmen Hilton stay breakfast was very limited in offerings. They are located right next to the La Isla shopping center and there are banks right next door you can walk to if you need as they do not have ATMs in the hotel. We took a taxi to the airport and didn't have enough pesos but are allowed to pay with card as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you don't want to do the all inclusive resort thing and explore the eateries near by.

This Hilton has great service and a good central location. The mall is right next door, and it's a quick ride to the airport, ferry terminal, or other hotel areas. The restaurant menu had some very tasty dishes, and the prices were reasonable. I especially enjoyed the welcome mezcal tasting down at the bar with Daniel. I'd definitely visit again as there were plenty of amenities and my experience we great for the price!

I recently stayed at the canopy Hilton in Cancun. I must say for being a Hilton hotel I am deeply disappointed. We were there for New Year's eve and we booked the rooftop gathering where they implied that drinks would be included in the $300 that we spent for dinner that night, and no drinks were in that package. We also felt that being American was to a disadvantage. My husband went to get the prime rib, and while the people in front of us got the better cut of meat the server flipped it to the fatty side to give my husband. Maybe a coincidence but I don't know .my husband asked for a glass of water from our server, and he proceeded to serve the guest at our table. My husband had to ask again for his drink after not getting it for 15 minutes. Upon leaving my husband did not tip and was told by the waiter you did not tip me where my husband replied it was because your service sucked. The breakfast buffet was good, but it is not included in your booking. We had to pay extra for that. We did enjoy our usual server though. The walls are paper thin and we heard loud banging three nights that we were there. It almost sounded as if people was moving furniture. The cable kept going in and out. Room service did not come for two days and we finally had to say something and they showed up at 8:30 at night to clean our room. The shower leaks water onto the floor so you have to keep a towel in front of the door. Maybe it was just the room that we were in but water was all over the floor . The worst of all was the ice machine. As you can see from the photo there was mold in the tray. After I noticed that I quit getting any of the water that was in the filtration system, and we solely relied on the bottled water. I hope that this review is looked at and the problems that are there will be rectified .

Great experience!! What a great boutique take on the hotel stay by Hilton. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. Carlos got our bags and had a very welcoming personality. The kitchen staff was friendly and helpful, especially Alex. The lobby is clean with great lighting and eclectic art pieces. The mezzanine area just makes you want to hang out. The roof top bar and pool area was modern and definitely relaxing. Room 501 was a treat!! Kitchen area and huge table. Sitting area with TV. Comfy bed and xa double shower. The complimentary breakfast is also very yummy. The location is also great because the walking distance to lots of shopping is very convenient.

A lovely, modern hotel with partial water views, a stunning roof bar/pool area, and a great lobby. It has the most comfortable bed I've slept in anywhere in Mexico, unusually well-designed modern suites, and a solid hot breakfast offering. The Canopy is in new development on La Isla with a number of entertainment options, but the La Isla shopping village is a little further away (under 10 mins, but crossing roadways). The beach isn't too far either, but the whole hotel zone is spread out-- better traversed by car or bike than on foot. The roof top is the killer feature. A gorgeous view, a huge long open-air bar, lounging areas, all integrated with a instagram-worthy pool deck. Hanging chairs, views in all directions, good cocktails, and late-night food available. It's the kind of hotel venue I'll visit EVERY night I stay. Concept-wise, it's the chic/modern/minimalist vibe that became common 10-15 years ago, but Canopy makes it more upscale, with a focus on location, eco-chic design, & a destination-worthy bar/restaurant. Internet was fast. Surprisingly the gym was REALLY good. Well-equipped and designed, spacious, with a view. In tropical destinations, the hotel gym is usually a throw-away ("just go exercise outside") but this one was spot-on. I would stay here again happily.

While visiting Cancun we stayed in this lovely hotel which is right next to Isla. Thehotel was absolutely wonderful, it was beautiful, great modern all over , great food and staff. The location was perfect next to the mall and many restaurants, it's only 10 mins away from the party center and other attractions. The have a free breakfast buffet every day for diamond members which is really good. The rooftop bar and pool are the best the offer the best views and have live music some nights. We spent a lot of time up there and Joe was just great and took care of us throughout our stay.

Lovedd this hotel! The entrance is comforting and like hilton gold member meee, they were able to upgrade my room. It came with one of those swing chairs and it was super fun and comfy. I do wish the sink and mirror was inside the bathroom but I guess that's nothing really to complain about. The shower head however had to be tilted towards the wall of the shower or else it would leak out onto the floor towel. The shower was also a bit dirty for my comfort and for a high end the hotel is displayed to be and the shower didn't get hot. Just warm:/ The roof top was beautiful. The wheel really does add to the view and the best part is the lounge set up. Went up their mutliple times just to enjoy it. Now the food... First night in we got dinner and to me it was not good. One concierge suggested we try their tacos.. Sadly it was a part of their lunch menu so I got a burger while my sister got their steak and ceviche to share. Pls, if there was anything I could tell u not to get its this.. very chewy and the only flavor I could taste was lime. Not good at all. My burger was ight due to the meat being off and the lack of lettuce and mayo on top. I asked for more and i kid you not they literally gave me two of their smallest pieces. It was actually funny how stingy they were. Now my sisters steak was not steak. I could not tell you what she ate but I can say that it wasn't steak lmao. We got these rainbow dinks and I'm an extreme light weight and I was not buzzed at allllll. My sis who doesn't drink at all also didnt feel anything.. maybe it had to do with the abundance of ice. Next day as a quick snack we got their crab tacos, 3 for $15-20 and they were soooo good but sooooo small. Like maybe they were served as appetizers. Again I got another drink light ice!!! and.. yeahhh nothing. Its so weird because you can taste alcohol but not feel it. Lastly, our last night their my sis and i went swimming in their beautiful pool ( it's better to go at night cause no one is really there) and we got drinks.. This time I had to say something about their drinks to my server. He tried to say their alcohol is like Soke, the ones you get at sushi spots and said they are stronger because of it.. I wish he didn't say that because they were not stronger and I felt like he didn't know what he was talking about. He made a complimentary drink to make up for it with like 3 different types of alcohols but they still didn't get us drunk. Maybe, MAYBEE slightly buzzed but not really. I'm confused because this is Mexico.. Hispanics know how to drink.. SO WHY AM I NOT GETTING DRUNK as a light weight!!!??? Anyway.. the hotel is still nice and everyone is super friendly. I'd still stay here just get food n drinks else where

We stayed at this lovely Hilton Hotel, located in the Hotel Zone, next to La Isla Shopping Mall. It's a really modern yet comfortable building, the rooms are large and well-accoutered and the hotel's facilities are also very attractive. It's only been open about a year. The rooms have views of either the oceanfront or the lagoon. I stayed in a room on the ocean-side, but I think you'd have better views on the lagoon-side, especially for sunset. There's a nice bar in the lobby and another on the rooftop that offers more great views. The pool and the gym are also located on the rooftop. Hotel employees are friendly; there are bicycles that you can borrow and free parking too. I would definitely consider staying here again.

In the past this place has always been a staple for us, but each year we go we like it a little less. This year majority of the group was disappointed in the entire experience from the service to the food. To start, the service was lacking compared to what we get at other local restaurants nearby. Our servers did not frequently come back to ask if we needed anything and we were constantly having to ask to get our waters refilled. The drinks are good, but nothing we can't get elsewhere. Half of our group enjoyed (but not loved) their food and half did not enjoy. My SO and I split the al pastor meal. In the past we have loved this, but this time it felt like they rushed to make it and the flavors we remembered just weren't there. It was still good, but I think it could have been better. I do love the churro cart here, but you can get good churros several other places. Overall, this place has gone downhill in our opinion, and for the price it isn't worth it when there so many better options close by. I'm sure we will be back, but I think we might skip a year stopping here.

Once we stepped onto the deck overlooking the lagoon, the whole experience elevated even further. The scenery was stunning, soft lights reflecting off the water, a gentle breeze, and live music drifting through the air like the perfect soundtrack to an already unforgettable night. Then came the food, each dish was its own little masterpiece. The bread service alone set the tone: warm, golden rolls with just the right touch off salt. The wedge salad followed. It was crisp, cold, and generously dressed, with smoky bacon and bright tomatoes adding all the right contrasts. The dry-aged steak was the star of the table, cooked perfectly with that deep, rich flavor only dry-aging can create. The roasted peppers and silky sauce on the side made every bite feel intentional. The octopus was another standout, tender, beautifully charred, and plated with a vibrant puree that balanced the dish with a touch of sweetness. One of the best plates we had. The table got more entrees since there were 8 of us but didn't get pictures. Sea brass was another favorite. Even the lobster soup arrived with flair: a velvety bowl paired with a seafood-topped toast that brought texture and richness together in one elegant bite. The beef tartare with fries was classic and fresh, refined without losing its fun. Dessert turned into a full performance. The liquid-nitrogen ice cream came with swirling clouds of cold vapor, dramatic and delicious. The birthday cake arrived crowned with berries and a sparkling candle that lit up the whole table. And just when we thought the night couldn't get any more whimsical, out came the towering blue cotton candy, playful, over-the-top, and impossible not to smile at. Harry's doesn't just serve dinner. It creates an experience, one where the service, the scenery, the atmosphere, and the food all work together to make you feel celebrated. Our night felt luxurious, thoughtful, and truly unforgettable for my husband's 50th birthday! Well done Harry's!
