This hotel is located Down town Cancun. Its newer and more nice than the one in Playa. It's super clean and neat. They had candy, sandwiches, and drinks up front. The lobby here was air conditioned. The computers were free to cruise on the net. Wifi and breakfast is free as well. The front desk staff spoke good English and were very welcoming. There's a tour desk there. There's a pool but no gym. I had a queen bed in my room. Its firm and ok to sleep on. The room key needs to be inserted in the slot to turn on electricity. The supply u with soap, shampoo, and liquid body wash. There's a blow dryer in the room. No safe however there is a safe with front desk that you can use. There's no refrigerator. Good lighting at night. My room was nice and bright during the day. The hotel is located near Galenia Hospital. It looks like its secluded and located in the middle of no where. Don't let that fool you. If you walk directly across there's a street. Walk one block and there's a plaza with a bunch of restaurants and even a Starbucks. It's like a 5 min walk. There's even a spa there, a salon, gym, etc. Las Americas and the casino is about a 15 to 20 min walk. I really enjoyed staying here... I would definitely recommend it to others.

Took my key that had ac on to keep my room fresh. I asked them to change my sheets on day 5 of my stay cause my bed had a stain from chips and they didnt do it. My towels were also stained and smelly. Bfast every morning here was same daily. They only alternated green and red salsa and egg style addition of a diff veggie daily. Watermelon was mushy and gross. And you cant drink alcoholic bevs inside your room. I thot that was private!?

Got to the room and the door handle was broken, bed sheets were dirty, floors were greasy, used face mask in room from previous guest, room next to the elevator. so I went downstairs to request a new room, and was still placed was right next to the elevator. It's as if they purposely gave me a room next to the eludiste because I asked to be as far away from it as possible. New Room still subpar with stained towels and bedding, and Hair on pillows. Not what I am used to from ibis hotels that I have stayed at in the past. Very disappointed in the poor condition of this property. Cleaning standards are very subpar and lacking in maintenance. Definitely will avoid this location in the future.

As we unexpectedly had to stay another night in Cancun from the Airport we searched for a Reasonable, Clean, and Suitable Hotel in the area. Hotel Ibis fit the description! They offer Free Shuttle Service from the Airport to the Hotel. Check-In was Quick and Efficient. We were put into a Queen Room on the 6th Floor with a nice view of the Neighborhood. The Rooms are definitely on the smaller side but they are very clean and provide all of the basic necessities! Note- This Hotel Conserves Waste meaning you will only get 1 Towel for a 1 Bed Room. Also, Water Bottles need to be Purchased before settling into your Room for Drinking Purposes and Brushing Teeth. Our Room was equipped with a Queen Bed, TV, Full Bath, Quality Air Conditioning, and Free WiFi. Check-Out is at 12pm. On-Site you will find a Lobby Bar, Buffet with Meal Times, Ibis Kitchen you can Order from, Luggage Weight Machine, Shoe Shine Machine, PayPhones, Computer Lounge in the Lobby, Plus More. Connected in the same building there is Superama by Walmart (Grocery Store), a Connecting Restaurant, and ADO (Bus Shuttle Business). Near-by walking distance you will find a 7-11 along with Local Restaurants and Plaza Las Américas! For our quick one night stay, Hotel Ibis was a great option!

English Review: Spanish below…read more This place charged me a 100$ USD for a service animals. I do not recommend this place!!! The Fiesta Inn Cancun, while offering a convenient location within a bustling shopping mall, unfortunately does not fully justify its room rates, which I found to be a tad overpriced. The proximity to shopping and dining options is a plus, but when it comes to the core offerings of the hotel itself--namely, the food and amenities--both were just okay, and not quite up to the mark considering the cost. While the staff was friendly and the rooms clean, the overall value proposition left a bit to be desired. It's a decent option if you're looking to stay in the heart of the action, but for those seeking more tranquility or a richer experience for their money, it may fall short.

The rooftop pool gives you a great view Hotel Zone, aka "old Canun"...which still pops and has everything to do. At Fiesta Inn the staff was great and very accommodating, there is a cafe area that we had lunch and dinner in and there was a good variety of America Style cuisine. But I was glad I got a burger! The hotel is located in the heart of a shopping plaza, which has variety of stores you'd find in the states. We got a room with two double beds, the space is small and extremely "cozy"

Stayed here for the first time recently and overall, wasn't too impressed!…read more The biggest advantage of this hotel is having a huge shopping mall within a walking distance with a private entrance. Mall has everything including a grocery store and foot court. The main Hotel Zone is also within a reasonable driving distance. Hotel asked for $100 or equivalent in Pesos and in cash. Not sure if this is mentioned anywhere when booking. Checking into my room, I found multiple long hair on the bed sheet. AC was not working so had to call somebody to have it started. Room had microwave and fridge which is always great to have. Room also had a coffee maker but there was no coffee! Every hotel, even the cheap ones, when coffee maker is provided, always provide at least one sachet of caffeine and decaffeine coffee. I guess not this hotel. There is no point of providing coffee maker without any coffee and I think they should take it out from the rooms. It was cold during my stay here. I tried to run the heater but it was not running. I went to the front desk and was told they don't have any heater in the whole hotel as the cold weather is unusual for Cancun. While I can understand the odd weather, I didn't understand of not being prepared for such odds! Specially this is a huge hotel, not cheap, and it does charge decent amount. I had to ask for extra blanket and was still cold! Another set back when I ran the hot water and it was all cold. Had to complain for it to be fixed as well. Also, room walls were thin and you can hear your neighbor if they are loud. In-person customer service was good and had no issues with it. Overall, they need to at least provide heater in all rooms. I may or may not stay here next time.

There are other reasonably priced…read morehotels around, but this one was priced a little bit more on the lower side without being motel-like. I have to admit I have stayed in a cheaper hotel than this one nestled into a shadier side of Cancun but I still went out and did my thing there without a problem even though I didn't have a phone in my room in that hotel I definitely will not be returning to...... but I digress. At this point, I must digress. I have been to Cancun a million times to the point I feel they need to give me citizenship, and I'll just go work in the Joya Hospital by LA Isla. While I absolutely love going to the Westin, at times, I just go with the practical and cheaper options and am just content to be in the country and city that brings me peace. I love what Cancun has to offer. Great people, great sites, great smells, great beaches, great food and drink, great hospitality, and great accommodations! This hotel is not for all. I love a humble hotel every once in a whole, and I enjoyed my time. I would definitely come back and stay with them. Everybody is so sweet! When I arrived, they took my passport, made a copy and gave me my room key, and gave me the wifi. I was on the second floor, and I took the elevator up, but I learned quickly just to take the stairs. First, let me explain the lobby first. You go in, the lobby is beautiful and well lighted with a bar and a dining area for their continental breakfast. Back to my room. There was a queen sized bed, a decent sized bathroom with a stand-up shower with beautiful hot water. Ahhhhhhh, such a strong and hot shower. I could have stayed in there forever. The room had the bed, a couch, a desk and a TV. I spent most of my room time on WiFi, though. The channels were mostly Spanish, which I loved, but they had a great selection of English channels The bed left a little to be desired. It wasn't super comfy, and after I got the room chilled and covered myself with my blanket, I needed a fluffier blanket. I slept well though cause at the end of the day, it's night. I would return for sure.

The omelettes, fresh orange juice, coffee and fruit cups were outstanding. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The front desk clerk cheerfully helped us resolve airport transportation issues. We were also allowed to stay in our room till 6PM on our last day for a $25 fee, even though check-out was ar 12PM. Housekeeping, bartender and wait staff were all friendly and cheerful. We will definintely be back. I highly recommend this hotel.
