I took my 4 month pup in for the 1st time this morning and understandably, I was a nervous mom so I popped in an hour later to peek for 30 seconds and snuck out. Unbeknownst to me (because I had never taken a dog to daycare) this is not welcome behaviour. Not less than 2 minutes later, I received a very nasty and condescending call from Amanda, the owner, who proceeded to cuss me out! Rather than communicating with me as a 'professional' and speaking to me with respect, she opted to 'scold' me, a 1st time client. If what I did was not in line with their policies and procedures, then I would have welcomed being informed politely and educated in a manner that befits professionals and adults. Instead, I was belittled and bullied! Even after I apologized for my innocent error in judgment, she just kept going! If this is how she treats humans, I'm curious how she treats our pets. I immediately went back to pick up my pup and Ananda flat out refused me the courtesy of speaking with me. I recommend finding alternate accommodations for your beloved canine.
