Animals are properly cared for, fed and healthy, even watched over by a vet. No diseased or stressed animals. Cages and aquariums always clean. We are still very grateful for Chester Copperpot our Syrian hamster and treasured family member. Because they do so much right expect more foot traffic, waits and lines. Sometimes they'll even sell out of certain items and critters. Just be a little patient as they restock frequently. Most of all I love the staff here.
