We've had so…read moremany problems with this office over the years, but this last experience was the absolute worst and the reason we won't be back. My school-aged daughter has a small cavity that needs to be filled. We made the appointment for her to go in today to have it filled, as they told us to. She got to her 7 am appointment and is the first patient of the day so that she could still go to school after the appointment. I got a phone call from my daughter that they didn't schedule her for a filling. They scheduled her for an exam... even though the last appointment was the exam. So the lady comes on the phone and says, "Oh yeah, they billed it wrong, so we're just going to make sure she still has a cavity" (what??? cause maybe it just went away since the last visit?). I said, "Ma'am, the last visit you told me she had a cavity, so she's there to have it taken care of. Please bump the next patient back a little so that you can take care of my daughter's filling. She said, "No, we can't. His schedule is way too full today. We don't have time to fix it today. She'll need to reschedule." No apology. No nothing. So now we're heading back to our old dentist an hour away...because driving an hour to a reputable dentist ABSOLUTELY beats driving five minutes to this money-grab office.

Eric and his wife took great care of me during the whole process of getting a filling. i had…read morementioned to Eric that I didn't have dental insurance and I would have to push the tooth filling, even though I didn't want because I would end up losing the tooth. him and his wife later came up to me and told me that they would do the filling completely free of charge because they wanted to take care of me, and make sure I wasn't going to lose the tooth. if you are ever in the market for a dentist, I highly recommend IHeart Dental. the atmosphere there is just all and all amazing. great group of people working there. i was in and out within an hour for a tooth filling.

When I spoke to the dentist, she informed me that I would need a root canal on every single tooth to fix my teeth, which would be over $35,000 after insurance. Or get them pulled and get dentures. Which would be $10,000. I just went to a different dentist today to get a second opinion and also another set of x-rays, and it's turns out I don't need one single root canal. All I need is 7 cavities filled. I would definitely think twice before coming here because who knows who else they are doing things like this to.

Because of insurance I had to wait several months here in Ga for the final fix. The temp held up excellently for over 10 mths. Redick goes in ruins the tooth and her final work fell off in 2 1/2 months. When she was filing down the already prepped tooth, I wondered why she was taking away so much but I'm not a dentist. It fell off because it had nothing to hold to. Incompetence or purposely done, nothing in between. Awful! Never again.
