I am having some pretty extensive work done (to me at least) and they are up front and honest about every step in the process. They make sure that I understand everything that is going to happen and that all of my questions are answered. After my first extensive visit I received 2 phone calls to make sure everything was OK the following day. One from the office manager and another from the dentist herself. I put a lot of emphasis on customer service so believe me when I say that they get it. They also control the pain level and ask you often if you are comfortable.
