I don't know how this office made it into the top 10.All of the positive reviews that are posted are from years ago.I would like to offer my recent experience with this practice.Several months ago,I was given a treatment plan addressing my main area of concern.The treatment I received was nothing like my treatment plan.The area of concern was treated with a product that failed after 2 days.I was then told I needed an $800.mold made of my mouth so that when it was redone it would not happen again.So $800.later I was given the sale treatment.Again it failed within 2 days.Now the office will not return my calls nor provide me a record of what I actually had done.I will not even give this business one star,they are all about the money and not doing the right thing.I have a broken front tooth now that is cutting my lip. read more

I should have heeded the financial irregularities about this practice which were detailed in previous reviews. My experience was a very expensive, frustrating dental interaction. My first contact with the practice was for a scheduled appointment for oral prophylaxis. I was informed that without the appointment card I could not be seen at the scheduled time since they had not recorded the time in their book. I would need to have my appointment card to be seen. Unexplainably, I decide to return a second time. A tooth filing was ripped from my mouth during the initial prophylaxis. I was required to pay for a crown restoration which was caused by their quality of care. I was given a bill for an estimate of the procedure with insurance. The estimate I received was twice what I knew my insurance would pay. When I objected and asked to speak with the office manager, a new bill appeared which was closer to my insurance coverage. I was not permitted to speak with the office manager at any time. The restoration was done several days later. Following the procedure, I was charged an amount in excess of the quoted amount I received prior to agreeing to treatment. I tried three times to contact the office manager or accounts payable manager. None of my calls were returned. The front desk staff would not permit me to speak with the office manager during any of my phone attempts. Apparently this ghost manager does not wish to interact with patients even when their billing errors are documented and presented. The front desk individual told me that the reason I was charged the initial amount was because the insurance had not paid for my initial visit. Therefore, an additional amount was added to the second procedural visit. There is no such procedural code or billing amount allowable for previous visit financial discrepancies. The initial visit was paid for as indicated by my insurance company's explanation of benefits. I brought this to the attention of the office but was again not permitted to speak with the billing manager. I was told that "the doctor is waiting for a new supply of checks to come in before any refunds can be made. A waiting list of referrals would be consulted about any refunds." This alerted me that there were more billing excesses than just mine. The money was confiscated by Dr. Jenkins. Be very aware of what your insurance covers if you select to have any dental work performed here. My experience confirmed previous reviews that warned that this office is about how much money they can generate from each patient regardless of the care provided. read more

I have to be honest... the dentist is not my favorite place to go. Having said that, I give Dr. Jenkins and his staff a 5 star rating. This office runs so smoothly. You never have to wait and everyone knows what they are doing!! I highly recommend Dr. Jenkins. Janna J. read more

They were great! Got me in right away for a crown (that I wasnt told I needed by a different office) - provided nitrous which was a great benefit since I have severe dental phobia. The office staff were all very nice and Dr. Jenkins was great. Very positive experience! read more

I feel like the victim of a bait and switch scheme. First, they told me that I needed a deep cleaning (debridement) when I had been getting exams every 6 months for years. I went ahead and spent the extra $$ on it even though I wondered if I truly needed it. I also needed a crown and was very clear that I needed to know all costs up front for it. They told me they called the insurance company and even had me sign a form informing me of my cost (over $700). I was very specific when I asked if there could be any variance and was told no. Well, imagine my surprise when I received a bill for over $100 additional. When I called to question this, I was told they were an "out of network" dentist which I found surprising as they had told me they were in network when I first called them. Otherwise I would have kept calling and gone to another dentist. I'm very disappointed and will not be back. The sad thing is, I was very happy with the service they provided. This office is emaculent and beautiful. The ladies are all very friendly and know your name when you walk in. Dr. Jenkins is very nice and laid back so that makes you feel relaxed. They have blankets and video glasses so you can watch a movie while they work on your teeth. I wold recommend them to everyone! read more

The staff pressures you to buy items and have unnecessary services, I was told I have periodontal disease which I have never had. I was uncomfortable with that so went for another opinion. I did not have that issue at all. read more

New office personnel could not determine how or when to set my appointment and asked to call me back and tell me when it would be. She called at the end of business day and left me a vm. When I called the next day to confirm, she stated she made a mistake and it would need to be rescheduled. Rescheduled again, and the appointment was canceled because the "Dentist took the rest of the day off." When I asked to speak with the Office Manager, I was placed on hold twice. Instead of getting Trish, the office manager, Laura (office personnel) picked up the phone and proceeded to blame me for the fact that both appointments were canceled. She was extremely unprofessional and rude. The whole experience would make anyone weary of the going here for a "comfortable experience." I'd rather pull my own tooth than give them a dime of my money. Dr. Jenkins...you need to put an ad on craigslist for new staff. They're making your office look like a huge joke and that's putting it nicely. Good luck getting new patients. I have insurance and even though you're not in my network, I was willing to pay more out of pocket and give you a shot. Your office staff blew it. read more

I love this office! The team is like family. When you walk in the door they ask about your day, your family and even offered my coffee that morning! I felt no pain with my dental treatment and I have recommended Dr Jenkins to everyone I know. I am truly amazed with my results also with Botox and Juvederm and would not trust any other Doctor to mess with my face. And the office is absolutely beautiful, warm and inviting.
