Based on my experience during a recent major procedure, I cannot recommend them for on-going dental care. After thousands of dollars paid and over six months to complete, I have ended up with mis-shaped and uncomfortable bridge work he installed that are now missing two teeth that broke off within a month of being installed. I must now PAY AGAIN to have this bridge work removed and another bridge prepared and installed. I have been a patient of Dr Langehans at Off Island Dental for over a year. I am familiar with good dental care from other providers, and the importance of regular visits. But because of problems I experienced with his work, I cannot recommend the services of Dr Langehans at Off Island Dental. I had a dental emergency and was in terrible pain on a Thursday. I called the emergency phone number and never got a call back. I finally got an appointment on Monday. Also, I recently got a new crown. Soon after the crown, I noticed throbbing. Dr. Martello said it was due to placque irritaiting the gum. I continued to have throbbing for over 5 months and finally got in to see another dentist. It turned out to be a large abscess that was there long enough to degrade the bone and cause further infection in the sinuses. As a result, I had to have a root canal. Also, the crown is of poor quality and may need to be replaced. I have since heard of other complaints about Dr. Martello. Don't go there!

Dr. Reynolds, as always, nabbed which tooth was the culprit. Lucky me...I needed a root canal (LOL). More luck.... he had a 10:30 opening. Without any time to mentally "prepare" myself, I exhaled and did what I've always done for 5 years.....put myself into Dr. Reynolds' hands. And he did what he's always done....use his expert talent and skill to relieve my pain. I'm not an easy patient, due to trauma from a dentist as a child.
