I flew in four separate times from California because after a lot of research, I knew Dr. Porcelli was the one I could trust to be patient, immaculate, and impeccable with his work. I was there earlier this month for a cleaning. After the cleaning, Dr. Lemick noticed one of my fillings was aging and there was possible decay to my tooth. They immediately scheduled to have it re-filled. I wanted to use nitrous, but they discouraged me and said it would be extra that my insurance wouldn't cover. Instead they used a light amount of novacaine. She did a great job without any sign of pain or discomfort. So far, so good. Cost is reasonable even with insurance.

The office does not provide all services in-house, we were required to seek treatment from another dental facility, incurring additional expenses. Despite scheduling a filling appointment based on a cavity identified during x-rays, the office unexpectedly requested another set of x-rays upon our arrival, necessitating a rescheduled appointment. This deviation from the previously communicated plan is unacceptable.
