I flew in four separate times from California because after a lot of research, I knew Dr. Porcelli was the one I could trust to be patient, immaculate, and impeccable with his work. And sure enough, I was right. I know I have already written a review, but I absolutely felt I needed to follow up after the completion of my work. Again, his staff is unbelievably hard-working. They are all incredibly invested in each patient and really know/understand each individuals needs. Dr. Porcelli's wife, Alina, manages the practice, and is seasoned in all things dentistry and health. She is an absolute star as far as I'm concerned. Your happiness is their primary concern and they absolutely guarantee it. Dr. Frisk recommended a treatment plan for an entire smile makeover and I am in LOVE. It was a lengthy procedure but Dr. Frisk and her staff made sure I was comfortable and at ease the entire time. I haven't even received my final crowns and already love the difference the temporaries have made. This is the second day since the procedure and I am in no pain after an extraction and 6 crowns. Aside from how great they were with my big procedure Dr. Frisk and her office is also affordable and always has openings when I need an appointment. I've never felt upsold on things I didn't need and always felt taken care of when I left. I would recommend Dr. Frisk to anyone I know for anything from a cleaning to major procedures, you will be taken care of!

Some personal preferences for the less than perfect rating: especially as a new patient, I would have liked a little bit of personal interaction with the doctor to establish trust or discuss concerns. Clinical may be his style (and staff makes up for this) but lack of interaction felt a bit cold and conveyor belt-y in such a high volume office. Hygienist was very sweet but lacked some self awareness - resting hands with instruments on my face / jaw (which pulled / strained muscles), pushed suction tube against roof of mouth, tapping / shaking her leg while it was brushing against me in the chair, excessively pulling at a band when had difficulty removing (no problem but should have asked for assistance earlier), after procedure complete pushed on tooth (to remove bite paper colorant) despite me putting hand up with fatigued / cramping muscles. I'd given two indications during visit of pre-existing condition / muscle sensitivity and would have been more comfortable if this was better cared for. Dental work is rarely pleasant in any circumstances though. Overall I feel very good work completed.

The office does not provide all services in-house, we were required to seek treatment from another dental facility, incurring additional expenses. Despite scheduling a filling appointment based on a cavity identified during x-rays, the office unexpectedly requested another set of x-rays upon our arrival, necessitating a rescheduled appointment. This deviation from the previously communicated plan is unacceptable.

I have 2 friends who go to Aspen; so I asked them of their experience. Both said they were very happy. I went to visit Aspen directly yesterday to meet them & ask questions. I met the office manager Deon she was so pleasant, nice, & understood my needs & concerns. We scheduled the appointment today at 2pm. I had my consultation & cleaning done the same day. My hygienist Morgan was great, very knowledgeable to health care of my teeth. I even purchased a water pick; I'm so excited can't wait to use it... The ex Rey tech Danielle ( I believe that was her name) She was so experienced and quick to getting the x-rays completed.
