So you forgot #30 and I can guarantee you there was no mention a newer graduate would be doing the work. That can be seen in the appointment list below. I never would have consented to that. Below is an email from your office, followed by an email from you totally ignoring #30. Look at the photos below. No mention of the crown on #30 I needed nor is there any mention she has other practitioners in her office. And the last 3 letters behind my name are the same as hers, DDS.

They explained what they were doing at every step. They also listened to the concerns that I had. Dr. McKinley was very thorough as was the dental hygienist. Whilst I can't quite say I can't wait to go back, I am certainly happy with my choice of dentist. It was also very easy to make an appointment in a couple of weeks. It was easy to reschedule when I needed to. The receptionist was friendly and efficient.

I had a dental emergency and was in terrible pain on a Thursday. I called the emergency phone number and never got a call back. I finally got an appointment on Monday. Also, I recently got a new crown. Soon after the crown, I noticed throbbing. Dr. Martello said it was due to placque irritaiting the gum. I continued to have throbbing for over 5 months and finally got in to see another dentist. It turned out to be a large abscess that was there long enough to degrade the bone and cause further infection in the sinuses. As a result, I had to have a root canal. Also, the crown is of poor quality and may need to be replaced. I have since heard of other complaints about Dr. Martello. Don't go there!

His connections allowed me to have treatment no matter where I am, and the treatment options he recommended were realistic for my lifestyle as a high schooler at the time. Minor discomfort (less than expected) and bite is so well aligned I hardly notice that anything was done to 3 teeth, that's excellent. Some personal preferences for the less than perfect rating: especially as a new patient, I would have liked a little bit of personal interaction with the doctor to establish trust or discuss concerns. Clinical may be his style (and staff makes up for this) but lack of interaction felt a bit cold and conveyor belt-y in such a high volume office. Hygienist was very sweet but lacked some self awareness - resting hands with instruments on my face / jaw (which pulled / strained muscles), pushed suction tube against roof of mouth, tapping / shaking her leg while it was brushing against me in the chair, excessively pulling at a band when had difficulty removing (no problem but should have asked for assistance earlier), after procedure complete pushed on tooth (to remove bite paper colorant) despite me putting hand up with fatigued / cramping muscles. I'd given two indications during visit of pre-existing condition / muscle sensitivity and would have been more comfortable if this was better cared for. Dental work is rarely pleasant in any circumstances though. Overall I feel very good work completed.

What sets this practice apart is, well, everything! Dr. Babb is friendly, kind and the best at what he does. His practice is state of the art. I had not had a cleaning in several years and his hygienist gave me the least painful cleaning I have ever received. The office staff is top notch and go out of their way to make sure you understand their billing and what you can expect to pay after insurance. NO ONE pressures you to have services you (or your budget) may not be ready for. Last, but certainly not least, Dr. Babb's staff genuinely like him - I heard one young staff member tell him that she will be working with him until she retires. When another staff member got a call from her child's school, he told her immediately to "Go" and he had no disapproval or irritation at all in his tone. Seriously the best experience I've ever had with a dentist, Dr. Frisk is awesome…read more I previously had braces and old bonding done but as time went on I had mismatched, discolored and very crooked teeth. Dr. Frisk recommended a treatment plan for an entire smile makeover and I am in LOVE. It was a lengthy procedure but Dr. Frisk and her staff made sure I was comfortable and at ease the entire time. I haven't even received my final crowns and already love the difference the temporaries have made. This is the second day since the procedure and I am in no pain after an extraction and 6 crowns. Aside from how great they were with my big procedure Dr. Frisk and her office is also affordable and always has openings when I need an appointment. I've never felt upsold on things I didn't need and always felt taken care of when I left. I would recommend Dr. Frisk to anyone I know for anything from a cleaning to major procedures, you will be taken care of!
