I had a dental emergency and was in terrible pain on a Thursday. I called the emergency phone number and never got a call back. I finally got an appointment on Monday. I continued to have throbbing for over 5 months and finally got in to see another dentist. It turned out to be a large abscess that was there long enough to degrade the bone and cause further infection in the sinuses. As a result, I had to have a root canal. Also, the crown is of poor quality and may need to be replaced. I have since heard of other complaints about Dr. Martello. Don't go there!
