I was met with a 16-18 yr old girl who told me she couldn't fill my balloons because I didn't pay and the foil would be $8.99 and the latex would be about $8 for the four. I explained I paid for the balloons and helium on 7/21. She then told me the boy ( also 16-18 yrs old with his hoodie over his head and a headphone in his ears) misinformed me and that she couldn't do it unless I paid.
