This place is awesome. I drive by all the time and it looks kind of lonely, but I decided to stop by before a recent party for some last minute items and found that it is well stocked with a lot of different kinds of candy at reasonable prices and really good quality piñatas. I was also informed that they do special order piñatas with enough advance notice. Will def come back for future parties. read more

Honestly this place is a rip off. You can get Better candy for the same price at smart and final. If you're looking for more variety besides Mexican candy, you will not find it here. Definitely would not come back. The ladies working were very nice though. read more

I love this spot! I was passing by and noticed it and decided to walk in since my sons first birthday was coming up. They helped me at the last minute and made the cutest #1 piñata! This place has a lot of piñatas and a really huge variety of Mexican candy, which was cool. However the front desk cashier was extremely rude. She was on her phone and not once did she ask if we needed help. When we asked her a question she ignored us, then when she was done texting asked "what" from afar. I needed a piñata last minute- but if I didn't I would've done somewhere else due to the poor customer service. read more

Want to love this place but very disappointed with my first experience. Seems like they don't known how to blow up simple balloons all the way. Purchased a simple basic bouquet of 12 balloons. When I picked them up the balloons weren't fully inflated. They looked liked they were half deflated and even worse once home realized they shorted me by 2 balloons. Really crappy. Get what you pay for here. Avoid getting balloons from them. read more

Covid has made it hard to find locations that sell party supplies open. I called for a piñata and they had it in stock, Went in and bought the piñata along with candy of course. I found a great piñata for my son's birthday and purchased 2 bags of mixed candy to fill it and a stick to beat it. The stick broke after two hits...it was just a wrapped piece of wood that must have had a crack in it. But seriously, two hits and it broke. :( Another disappointment was the candy...we bought the mixed American bags and the candy was really old. The starbursts could crack a tooth and the chocolate was definitely old and powdery. So while the piñata was great, I wouldn't buy candy or the stick here. read more

I was planning on going to Los Angeles to shop for candy for a birthday party when I came across this wonderful location and I decided to stop. Once I walked in I noticed right away the location was organized and clean. Shopping cart were available to fill with all the delicious candy that caught my eye. I was able to find everything I needed like candy, plates and piñatas. The lady that assisted me was very friendly. Come here for every occasion that I have and staff is usually always friendly and welcoming. However, today was not the case. Came in a few minutes ago and the lady that "attended" me was rude and no help. I was waiting at the register for a good 5 minutes before I had to go call her and tell her I was ready, in which she didn't even say anything. In 2016, in a building of only 900 square feet, Candy4Less was Born. We have built up a strong following of loyal customers who trust us to always give them the best deal. Only 2 years later we were able to expand to a new location that is more than 5 times the size! located in Bellflower. 4 years later we have open our second location in the city of Whittier, and have launch our website.

All started with my husband's dream of starting his own business since high school, and in 2016 we made his dream a reality. I was going in to get a Phantasmal Flames ETB. I would normally get them for 55-65 from my other card shop but were sold out. The staff was trying to charge me over 120-140 for 1!!!! That is ridiculous and I see why they have so much in stock. Because no one wants to pay high amounts like that! If you feel like getting ripped off and taken advantage of for your money then go right ahead! But I will definitely never come back here or refer this shop to any of my friends or colleagues. SCALPER HILLS EXOTICS is more like it.

I went to get a drink so I could get cash back and he told me I didn't need to buy anything to get cash back. So then he told me to tap my card and didn't tell me he charged me $3.69 in addition to my cash back. I realized this after I checked my bank account. I don't know what that fee was for, but for all I know I bought him a drink. Wish I would have at least gotten a drink for that fee or been told there would be a fee. ‍ No receipt given to me either.

From every point in the transaction I was met with kind and accommodating staff and above all, respect. The person I initially spoke to, Oscar, placed the order for me. He was super friendly and answered my many questions. While securing the order at the store, Miguel, Sr. wrote down my specifics, Miguel, Jr. helped with pictures through text, and his little brother Geovanny helped deliver and pickup the order. DLB appears to be a very unified locally-run family business and their values are apparent in everything they do. A nice feature they also offer is an array of party packages available which include different quantities of chairs, tables, canopies and jumpers. These package deals take the guesswork out of figuring out how many rental pieces are needed and are offered at a discounted rate, sweet! Miguel was prompt in his text responses and promised pick-up and drop-off times, which made my party planning so much easier and less stressful. The delivered rentals were also very clean and free of apparent marks and stains.
