I was very disappointed with my experience. The technician was extremely rough throughout the…read moreservice and never checked to see if I was comfortable or if the pressure was okay. Even applying the aloe felt harsh and irritated my skin. To make matters worse, she left wax residue on my face and, once my eyebrows were finished, immediately walked back to the register without checking the results or providing any customer care. The service felt rushed, impersonal, and careless. I've been to many eyebrow salons, and this was by far one of the worst experiences I've had. The quality of both the service and the final result has clearly declined. Unfortunately, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this business.

In my personal opinion and from the experience the prices are decent compared to other places and depending on what you want the price can change because of the type of design you want, but the quality of the work you will leave happy. She doesn't have a lot of reviews on yelp but again, I was tired of going downtown living in Harlem so I took a chance. She is: 1. Gentle with your real lashes.
