My experience was not good. I received a Mother's Day gift to get a massage. First, it took several phone calls, emails and multiple text messages (from me and the person that purchased this gift for me) to Candy Day Spa before I was able to get an appointment. When they finally set the appt. I received a text from them cancelling the appt. due to "domestic emergency." I rescheduled for 2 weeks later. I received a text from them also telling me their spa was located in Kannapolis. I went to Kannapolis on time for my appt. and was told by the only person working that day they had no one to do massages. She then called the owner, whom I spoke to, and it turned into an even worse experience. The owner told me to drive to another one of their locations that I was previously told had been "sold". If I could get there quickly that is where I could get my massage. Since it took me one hr. to travel to the Kannapolis location it was going to take another hour for me to get to their other location that was supposedly "sold and closed." Angry and frustrated I told the manager I want a refund and was told I would have to go back to Groupon. This business lacks professionalism. The owner was argumentative and not helpful. I will never use nor do I recommend their services. read more
