Unfortunately, policy dictates "against our policy." I support store policies, I just wonder...is $7 (their cost probably $2-3 if that) worth not having my 4th, 5th, 6th, etc visit? Recommended response to empower your employees for the future, "Well, our policy dictates no returns/exchanges but we're happy to accommodate you this one time because we value our small business supporters & want you to come back."
