Inside is super clean and is decorated in a cute vintage vibe. They hand make lots of their candies and fudges and will let you sample the fudge. The ice cream is so creamy and they had somewhere around 20 flavors to choose from. Guys, we visited 3 times this trip! The owner waited on us twice and Lauren waited on us once. Ordered a Mimosa flight, Marie charged us for 3 separate mimosa and acted confused when I questioned the price. She discounted it down to the correct price. We watched people come and go as no one was around to seat anyone. When someone was finally there she sat at the front back turned from everyone and anyone doing crosswords. She Had no clue what was happening in the restaurant. Watched a guy sit at the bar for 10 mins leave come back and still get ignored while we were leaving we said good luck! Fast word we thought we give it the benefit of the doubt and go back for dinner around 10pm because they are open till 4am on Saturday and the food was good...Happy Halloween was wrong! Once again no one around to greet anyone just one guy bartending with a broken arm. We made eye contact multiple times, eventually we just sat down as in the morning the girl said it anywhere. Ten minutes go by the bartender knows we are there he continues to ignore us. After 10mins and he's at the table next to us cleaning I asked "you're still serving right?" In the most rudest way he snapped at me and said you sat yourself didn't you? I said excuse me no one is here working who was supposed to seat us? A kind server I believe her name was Kolo came over and asked what was wrong she tried to save the day and moved us to her section after we threw a fit about how rude he was I'm sorry we're about to spend over $150 in her again don't you all want to make money? We sat in her section she was very kind she wrung in our drinks. When she wrung them in the miserable bar tender who must of been jacked up on something and being an ass hole left the bar, stormed by us went to the kitchen and then walked out to the casino to vape and not make our drinks. The lady came to take our order we wanted to wait for our drinks...we're now 20 minutes into sitting in there. I see a lady and I said hey are you a manager she said yes, I believe her name was Sarah. She was very kind and apologized we explained our overall experience was going and pointed out how agro and rude this guy is, she agreed. The way he was walking around straight up douche bag. she said I'm going to pull him in back and talk to him, we said at the point we don't trust him making our drinks and offered to have someone else make them and we told her we are just going to go somewhere else to eat at this point and wanted her to be aware of the situation. She understood and apologized. We apologized to her and said sorry that's the kind of people you are stuck working with. She said she will coach him and talk to her boss as well. When we told her about our brunch experience she said the lady we described playing crosswords up front not acknowledging anyone was one of her managers. We both work in customer service and this is by far the worst service I've had in years!!!! We planned to have drinks and food and listen to the band playing out in the casino we were ready to drop a couple hundred more dollars is there. Never again sugar factory. Staying at the hard rock, just go over to the cafe you'll get service immediately.
