This place was great! We came during the off season and mid-week, but it was still busy. My group was sat quickly and our server was very kind. He knew some English, which was appreciated. Please note that this restaurant only takes cash (they have a sign at the front stating this). Everyone enjoyed their food. As we were eating, we kept seeing more plates come out and everything looked delicious. I'd love to come back and try more of their items. The menu has a lot to offer, food has never disappointed me or my family. My favorite are the red chilaquiles. They have delicious desserts. This seems to be a popular bakery and cafe amongst locals and tourist so we decided to give it a try on our first day at puerto Peñasco. I went ready to order the Shrimp chilaquiles, but ended up going with the Candy Lover that included their house French toast (I thought that was butter on top but it's their homemade frozen cream. Like ice cream just not quiet as sweet) the drizzled cream and fresh fruit really put this French toast over the top. Middle of my plate is chilaquiles. I opted for Christmas (red and green).
