It caters to a clientele that's mostly Gen X's with a few Boomers and Gen Y's mixed in. It's definitely an alternative to the typical sports bar scene that attracts the meat market, d-bag, bro and hipster crowd. I've got to tell you that this is a great place to relax after a rough day. If you feel like putting your feet up and talking with a few friends or maybe even if you want to bring in a book and sit and read for a while, there's an uber comfortable love seat and some chairs that are very butt friendly. You can grab a cocktail at the bar or have a seat at one of the tables and order some dinner to be brought over from the attached China Bell Restaurant. The Spicy Crab Rangoon are wonderful by the way... This is a legit cocktail lounge. They have a full bar and Carla the bartender pours a good drink. Their beer selection covers all the basics and they've got a few crafts for variety. This place only has two Yelp reviews even though they've been here for about 2 years now, so I'm going to call this place a true hidden gem. It's one of my favorite places to go for cocktails. Want to join me sometime?

When I got there they told me I only reserved the section. So the 150$ section and bottle with complementary of champagne was no longer a thing. They said all bottles were half off but a bottle of patron was still 250$ . Nothing made sense there was no manager there at all as I was told. So i had to pay 130$ for a bottle of teremana. With no complementary anything and none care everything was take it or leave it. I will not be going back . Especially seeing this would be the 3rd bday ive spent at Noir. Horrible customer service. Security was cool though. Dj horrible and no request is even crazier. They need to do better. But next year ill be taking my services else where

The staff was really nice and really helpful. We got one bay for 5 adults and that worked out pretty well. It was the first time a few of us had ever been axe throwing so we needed some guidance. The staff there helps you, shows you a few ways to throw and gives you some tips. They have several types of games on a tablet you can play. It's not interactive so you have to make sure you remember to score it and enter all that yourself. It's kind of expensive. It was $35pp per hour and then drinks on top.
