The manager's tone and questioning made us feel as if we were trying to get something for free, which was insulting. I asked for another manager. The second manager repeated the same unnecessary explanations instead of addressing the problem. I told them to just ring us up for the mozzarella sticks -- we would pay -- but that we would not be returning after being interrogated over hot mozzarella sticks.
