The technique seemed correct, maybe fold the eggs over when they're still wet. Would have made all the difference. The bratwurst was excellent and my mustard hating wife loved the kitchen made mustard. So much so that we brought some home. She also had fresh squeezed OJ. Always a super sweet treat. The service waa excellent and more than made up for the minor challenges. Based on the bratwurst alone, the traditional dinner items have got to be incredible.
