Our waitress was very nice and my husband and son in law liked their fish sandwich and burger. That being said, we waited forever for our food. Then the only hot food was the fish. The coleslaw was very warm and mushy and still not entirely sure what animal the ribs came from but they were definitely not what I was expecting. The manager said pork but I still have doubts. She was nice and removed it from our bill. There was no meat on a weird shaped bone. We haven't been to Applebees in many many years so thought we would try it again. The food was so disappointing. By far the worst Applebee's I've set foot in! We ordered a 2 for $25 item, an appetizer, and a meal for my girlfriend's daughter. One of those meals was to put in to-go for my girlfriend after her daughter and I got our meals because my girlfriend was at work. The server brought our drinks. I never got sweetener for my unsweet tea. Even after two reminders. I finally just got up and got my own sweetener from another table. Our meals arrived, all three of them at the same time. So of course my girlfriend's dinner would be cold by the time we took it to her. Our appetizer, the chips and artichoke dip, came AFTER our meals came and only AFTER we reminded the waiter to please bring it out. Come on. Not even close. $51.29 + tip...come on please do better. Can't go wrong with a burger and Applebee's drink special. Service really just depends on the day and the mood of the server I didn't like how they threw the condiment packages on the plate, I just get the urge of some unsanitary handling with them being under my fries. This Applebees should be shut down. We came with 7 people after I bought a ton of gift cards that expire march 1st. The restaurant at 6pm has maybe 12 people total. The hostess says she can't sit 7 people because no one showed up for work. This restaurant is pathetic. read more

Here today 3/29 around 4pm. 2 ppl. Was told upon arrival Would be about 52 ten minutes before city because they were waiting on servers to arrive to work. Took about 20-25 minutes to be seated. I could not believe the number of people that left after waiting long to be seated. 2 areas seemed to be closed I assume because of staffing issues. I don't understand why there appeared to be a manager on duty.Why the manager never came to the floor to step in to help and assist VS letting as many parties as I seen walk away. Bad management!! Service was OK & food was pretty good. Every time I come, there's one African American male that is always working. Who always does and appears to go above and beyond. He appeared to be wearing a server hat as well as a bar hat too on today. Applebees should promote him to management because he definitely seems to be management material. Went on 4/29/25 with a group of 10 co-workers to celebrate 3 birthdays. They were able to set us up with several tables pushed together and our waitress Lori was great! It did take a little while to get our food but there were also 2 other large groups there at the same time so understandable. The food was really good, and Lori kept our drinks filled (water & soda) and checked on us often. The staff even came over and sang to us and each of the birthday people got a free dessert! This is one of the worse Applebees I've been to. I've been to multiple Applebees and this one stands out as subpar. Of course the ambiance is great as always, and the staff were nice. But I'm mainly here to complain about the mozzarella sticks. We always get it with marinara sauce, but this time it looked and tasted more like spicy ketchup. This was annoying, as it ruined a part of the experience. Even the staff tried to brush it off as their regular marinara. The rest of the food was good, but I can't recommend this in good faith to anyone. read more

I had to get my order remade three times. All I wanted was a burger and fries, no crazy special requests, nothing extravagant, just a burger and fries. The first time I received my food it was missing the fries. When I got the food for the second time, I took a couple bites of burger and it was undercooked. When I say undercooked I mean COMPLETELY COLD TO THE TOUCH RAW HAMBURGER MEAT. I don't understand how after you've screwed up once already, you wouldn't make sure the food is right the second time, let alone not going to make someone sick. I didn't even bother touching the food the third time I got it. I was done by then and it had been 3hours since I first placed my order. I ended up going to Wendy's and getting something that was edible after that. For your own safety, please check your food if you decide to dine here. It could literally save your life. Been awhile since I've visited. Light day, took a minute before staff was free to seat me. I'm not into sitting at bar often but it was open. Waitress was friendly and served promptly due to being very empty for lunch. I ordered the special promo, chicken, pasta, mashed potatoes, broccoli, onion string, and a breadstick for $9.99 and added a fountain drink for extra. Reasonable size and tasted great. The only thing they need to pay attention to is the temperature. Potatoes was hot so obviously last to be done while chicken and pasta was warm but not hot enough for most people. Obviously food waited on hot server bar a little to long but still ok. Applebee's just need to watch out for that. I still enjoyed it. Just need company. read more

This Applebee's is a hit or miss servers and bartenders have a high turnover rate. The food is not always good. But one good thing about this establishment the bathrooms are clean and stopped in the restaurant is clean. The young staff is very personable and makes the environment inviting. At Times personal conversation are more important than service. I've been there three times and I think i was more than fair. If i need a salda i think ill go there before i go to Wendy's read more

Went there today walked in stand there for about 10 minutes the host I guess was training a new person ignoring me and my husband. As we stood there another person walked in behind us they looked up and asked him how many . (3.75 stars) Dinner at Applebee's satisfied both my palate and expense account ($24.00, with tip). I started with a bowl of Chicken Tortilla soup, and chose the Grilled Shrimp Asian Salad as my entree. While I wouldn't claim that the speed of service was the best I've ever experienced, particularly during this peak dinner time crunch, Erin was friendly, professional and trying her best to prompt the kitchen. My table was surrounded by several young families with adorable (and hilarious) toddlers, so the waiting times were bearable. The Chicken Tortilla soup had both a nice variety of textures and a cayenne punch. Although a bit light on chicken meat, that which was presented was tender and flavorful. Hot soup on a 90+ degree day was strangely appealing to me, and I enjoyed the Applebee's offering. The Grilled Shrimp Asian Salad was loaded with medium-sized grilled shrimp and well-dressed in a lime-chipolte vinaigrette. The same thin fried wanton skin garnish that topped the soup also crowned the salad; fortunately, it provided good texture to both. Greens were fresh, and the combination made for a better salad than I've had in some time. Tonight was pretty bad. We like to play songs on their jukebox but two songs in they turned it way down then replaced it with very loud football. Also the food was plainly horrible tonight. I placed an order for pickup 7:23 I ordered 2 French onion soups and a side of wings. I picked up the order and they slabbed some cheese on the top, food was cold, and didn't properly seal the lids on the takeout containers. The lids were literally just sat on top of the container rather than sealed so the food didn't spill. Staff was not very friendly. read more

We had to grab another server for our bill and to cash out it took 45 minutes. When I called the restaurant they told me I could come pick up my order or just do with out they would not refund my money. Last night tried to order again. I interrupted her and explained yea that's not what I'm saying, I was trying to ask if the items missing were still sitting there or if they didn't include them. She said they didn't include them and again said I could pick them up or forfeit them. This place should not be apart of delivery anything. Employee's are friendly and they make sure you are satisfied completely with every visit. I recommend the happy hour special 5 imports in a bucket for $11.45, that's only $2.29 a piece for a premium drink. They offer a live band every wednesday, Ladie's night, & drink specials.
