Absolute nightmare to deal with. Was promised on three separate occasions over two day that someone…read morewould be out to fix a clogged drain. Was told that service technician van broke down on day one and that they were running behind because of it, promised to have someone out got a call 1.5 hours later telling me they won't have anyone available to come out, wanted to reschedule appointment so I agreed, took a half day off of work and scheduled an appointment for the next day between 12:00-2:00. Low and behold they never showed up, I called company back to be informed that they were running at a full delay and that they promised they would have someone out today to fix it but no time frame, they called me back a couple hours later said still running behind but rest assured we will have someone one out tonight. Received a call back around 5:30ish and was told they won't have anyone to do the work tonight, asked for a manager and was hung up on. I called back spoke with manger Van and he told me that the guy who was scheduled to do my service left early and couldn't get anyone to take the job, was offered to reschedule and 10% of the service. Told him 10 % was unacceptable and he hung up on me after it told him to just cancel everything. Extremely unprofessional and nothing but lies come out of their mouths, would strongly recommend a different plumbing service as this was clearly a waste of my time.

I waited and no one came. My tenants informed me they had come only once the whole snowy month. On Sunday January 4, I asked for my money back ( see previous text for the reasons). That same day I was assured that the snow would be removed that same day. No one came or contacted me. I texted to request that the snow be removed the next Monday. I called, since I got no response. Again I was promised they would come that evening. The tenants and I waited in vain. Therefore I requested again a refund of the $900. I received no response.

Availability - they were able to come onsite next business day. Similar companies were two weeks out Onsite employees were informative, kind and work diligently. OK: The service. I kid you not, the air in my house seems cleaner when the heat is on. But I wish they showed me all the crap they pull from the ducts. Did they collect a hairball or a garbage dump worth of material? And I dont think the tile washing was worth it at all. I've cleaned the floor better myself without the tools the fellas brought. And my grout looks like it was hardly touched. Bad: Price - While their pricing was only slightly more than other companies I researched, this was not worth it. It was beyond petty that I was charged for a second room because of a small landing from my kitchen. Leftover mess - While they did a great job cleaning the ducts, they kicked a ton of dust into my newly finished basement. It feels like they cleaned one thing only to make a mess in another Unless you're in desperate need of duct cleaning or carpet cleaning, this isn't worth it.
